I called on a Tuesday morning because of a cold shower. By lunch, I had a new water heater. It wasn't just the timing. The prior owner of my house improperly installed the previous water heater in a dangerous fashion and without proper safety features. CRC set it up right the first time and came up with solutions that did not severely impact the cost of the installation.

I have been calling CRC (Charles) for plumbing help for the last 4 years! He always does a really great job. Plumbing work is never cheap that is for sure but whenever he finishes a project the area he works in is always clean. He always gives you a good explanation of what it is he needs to do for you and what will happen. I have never had to call him back for repeat work on anything he has completed. Only on new things that needs repairing and I will keep calling him. Last week my water heater went out. He was quite busy but came anyways and work in to the night to help me get it done and didn't say I have to charge you last minute fees like all the other places when you give them less than 24 hr notice!

I had used CRC the 1st time for a water Heater and was happy with the service and the price for a new one. This time I was out of town and my wife had a facet issue I had her call CRC and they took care of it right away. She felt very pleased with the work done, and comfortable having them in our home while I was on east coast.

Charles is super responsive, quick to come help at a moments notice and a really good plumber! He knows what he is doing and doesn't try to make the project bigger than it needs to be. He explains everything he needs to do in a very thorough manner and is patient with questions. Overall, a great experience and I will have him back again for any further plumbing needs.

As other people have said here on Yelp, Charles is great! Like most people I use Yelp to find professionals who have a decent reputation. However when I came to check local plumbers it was futile because it seemed that all the Plumbers had 4.5 - 5 starts.

But out of the 4 I send an email to, only Charles responded promptly and he was not vague or just trying to get an appointment. He actually wanted to know about my problem. I booked him, and he got here right on time. (and I'm sure that ladies will love that puts on disposable booties before he sets foot in your house.). He checked the problem, found the solution, and did an amazing job! He was fast, friendly (but professional), and most of all $affordable$ ! In fact, I was surprised! When I heard what the solution was I was expecting the worst. But he explained, in detail, and gave me a fantastic price.

I would recommend him to anyone, but most of all, to people like me that don't know much about plumbing and are afraid of getting horribly over-charged, ripped off.

Looking back on it, I had nothing to worry about, he has many years of experience, and he only works locally. You needs lots of positive referrals and satisfied customers to accomplish that.

MY WATER HEATER WASN'T STAYING LIT. I HAD NO HOT WATER! Called CRC on a Sunday, late afternoon and left a message. Charles called me back within 20 minutes. I set up an appointment for Monday and he showed up on time! Charles explained what he wanted to do to fix the problem and 30 minutes later it was fixed and I had hot water! Nicest most down to earth guy you'd wanna meet. I would trust him with any future plumbing issues and I guarantee he will be the one I call from now on.

On Thanksgiving night with a kitchen full of dirty dishes, our kitchen drain stopped up AND our water heater stopped working. Charles answered his phone and help us try to troubleshoot the water heater. Charles came over first thing in the morning on a day he planned to take off and cleared the drain AND replaced the water heater!! Great costumer service and honest work from our neighborhood plumber. Thanks Charles for helping us out !!
