Our toilet was flowing slowly for over a week, so we tried Punger and our own snake, but no luck. Mac came out and tested the toilet and used his own auger. He was able to rule out major problems and gave me sound advice that led me to find out one of my kids had just shoved half an apple down the toilet. So instead of buying a new toilet or hydro flushing the whole house, it was less than $100, and a good heart-to-heart with my kids about proper composting.
Hope to not need them again, but would be happy to call on them.

I called Central Valley Sewer after contacting several other plumbing company's. These other companies refused to unclog my main drain due to not having an outside clean-out. After contacting Central Valley Sewer and explaining the problems the owner had me send him several pictures of our outside drain. He came out the very next morning and surveyed the situation. He immediately had a solution. Central Valley Sewer and especially Mac went above and beyond what was expected of them. Mac and his employees were very professional and courteous at all times. They did top notch quality work at a very reasonable, affordable and value added price. I will be calling them again if and when another problem arises. I recommend CENTRAL VALLEY SEWER 100%. So so very happy with CVS. They were our second quote and we immediately decided on them.. not just based on the reasonable price but the authenticity and transparency the owner Mac possesses is so humbling and refreshing. We got an outrageous quote from Lee's plumbing over three times the estimate then Mac's. I felt Lee's was taking advantage that I was a woman and loved in an area North Fresno. Mac charges based on the work and explains what he is going to. He was booked out so he couldn't do the work immediately like the other company could but he said he would do his best to get me in sooner and he did. He was worth the few days wait. He does a lot of work in my area so he was familiar with the supplies and job. He did a great job I highly recommended this company. When I would need to speak with customer service she too was very polite and professional not rude and tired like other customer service agents I've spoken to when needed service jobs. Give this company a chance on an estimate, I'm sure you'll be happy based on my experience.

5 stars is not enough. I've been waiting for weeks for someone to help me cap a gas line. I made one last ditch effort and submitted a request through Yelp. CVS was not only the first to respond, but I got help the same day! The service all the way around was top notch! I am really at a lost for words with how amazing my experience was. Friendly and superior customer service, very reasonable prices, their experience is unquestionable, very knowledgeable staff. I could go on. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. It's a great blessing to know there are still business owners out there who understand the value of focusing on the customer's experience. They have a customer for life!
