We've had a toilet that loves to leak every few yrs because it does not sit evenly and we've called plumbers before for the same issue. Central Valley Sewer rep got back to me right away and the message let me know the guy knew what he was talking about, which inspired my confidence---it was no ""robo reply"" like some of the other companies I had contacted. He gave me quotes for repair right away on the phone later. They came within a couple of days and the big work didn't need to be done just a replacement of the flange and such to get it right. Both plumbers that came out were polite and friendly and the price was very reasonable compared to the big name out there that starts with ""R,"" especially! I want to call this company again to repair our east side toilet as well as soon as we can. Very satistfied with their service.

I was searching for a plumber online to fix my leaking toilet. I went on Yelp to request quotes and CVS immediately replied. They were able to give me a direct quote with the pictures I submitted of the area where my toilet was leaking. They were willing to come out the same day which I wasn't able to do but they were able to work with my schedule. From the time they entered my home to the end of the job they were very professional. We did run into a problem with the work done but Mac the owner made things right immediately. He went over & above til I was a satisfied customer. He cares about his customers and follows up to make sure we are satisfied. They will be my go to for any plumbing issues. I highly recommend CVS for your next plumbing service.

I woke up Sunday morning to a pool of water in my garage. I called several businesses and Mack made time to come assess the situation. He said he was free Monday and came ready to cut out drywall to find the leak. A check valve had broke on my new construction home and it had failed due to poor installation by the plumber who installed it. Thanks for Mack, looking forward to future work. Keep it up!

We had Anthony come and fix the toilet, shower, water leak in water heater and leaking outside faucet. He worked quickly was super nice and explained everything that he as went. I was quoted 3000.00 for the same work but Central Valley charged 900.00. advantage. I Would totally recommend this company. Was a great experience!

I came home from a long shift on a Saturday to a busted pipe at my water meter. Unfortunately the crack was on my side of the water meter and I was responsible for the repair. THANKFULLY as soon I posted I was looking for a great plumber, Max contacted me and was here Sunday morning. He and his son did great work, and got water flowing to my home for my family in no time. Definitely looking forward to working together again soon when I have the plumbing inside my home replaced

Found this company here on Yelp. My garbage disposal stopped working and kitchen sink was getting clogged. I reached out to a few different companies on here, and Central Valley Sewer responded same day with a flat rate price. They were able to send someone out the next day and did a great job following up to confirm the appointment. The technician showed up on time, very friendly and professional. He changed the motor, left the space clean and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No up-charges or finding unnecessary things to fix.

Without a doubt, I will use this company in the future if I have any more plumbing issues. Very efficient, professional and reliable company.

I needed quotes on two jobs, and CVS was more than reasonable and responsive when it came to pricing.

Our bathtub valve was installed in reverse prior to us moving into our home, so Mac and his crew came in and were able to make the correction in minutes.

We also needed our main water shut-off valve replaced since it was old and showed signs of wear and corrosion, and Mac and his crew updated the faucet Bibb and replaced the old valve with an updated ball valve.

Throughout the entire process Mac was professional, polite, honest and an absolute pleasure to work with. His customer service should be modeled after, and I take pride knowing that I not only supported a local business, but that his business is also family-owned.

I 100% recommend CVS and hopefully won't have to use them in the future, but if I do they'll be the first, and last, company I call for work.
