I had messaged Mac regarding an issue. I explained that I had already received 2 quotes and even though I couldn't go through him because the insurance had a list of certain contractors to go through. He still took his time to educate me and walk me through options, his quote was great and I will call him for my future needs. Thank you for the free education and taking the time to talk to me even though your company gained nothing from me you still helped.


I must also share that as a mom with a child that has special needs I was surprised that Mac listen to my concerns regarding the repair and my autistic son. He answered questions my let me know what to expect so I may prep for my child. That is very important as the company that came to do my repair stated that their only concern was to get in and get out without any regard to our situation.

I had a soft clog in my mainline and requested service. CVS came out this morning and hydro snaked my pipes in a matter of minutes. The service was quick and the owner is personable and honest with pricing. Overall I'm happy with the results and professionalism and will definitely be giving these guys a call for additional work when I remodel.

This is the 2nd time I used central Valley Sewer, they installed a new AC unit at my family house months back and everything went as planned, unit is running smoothly and no complaints.
This time we used them to install a new water heater. Service was great, office was friendly and respond time was quick.

Called a few places to get my tankless water heater flushed. Central Valley Sewer was quick to respond with a detailed message responding to my request instead of a canned ""call us for details"" response. The receptionist was friendly and got me scheduled asap. Sam came out and serviced the heater. He was patient with my questions, thorough, and very professional. They are now my go-to plumber.

CVS does it again! Excellent customer service! Woke up this morning to a broken toilet, called at 7:30 am, it's 2 pm and my toilet has been repaired! The technician was polite and quick, explained the problem and had it corrected. Thank you CVS for taking care of veterans and providing a discount! I'll continue to use Central Valley Sewer for all our plumbing needs!!

This is the second time I have used CVS and I was, again, extremely pleased with all aspects of the service. We had a big plumbing repair on our 100-year old house so we needed someone we could really trust. Mac was hands-on the whole time. He made sure that the job was up to our standards and even came the last day to do all the cosmetic work himself and made sure that we were happy. The guys who did the digging and repairs were all friendly and respectful, and answered all of my questions. Marissa, in the office, communicated with us promptly and often to update us on the progress of the project. I learned that they do complete remodels when needed, so I will be sending my parents to them for their bathroom remodel. If I ever need a plumber for any project or emergency, this is who I will always use.

Our hot water heater gave out and after a frustrating week arguing with American Home Shield, I posted a request on yelp and received an immediate call from CVS. They told me they could replace my water heater the next morning (This was at 4:45 in the evening). At 8:30 the next morning James and Sam showed up and immediately got to work. They were professional and friendly, explaining the process and within an hour and a half we had hot water! The price was the same that I was going to have to pay AHS plumbers!! CVS will be the FIRST plumber I call from now on!

WOW!! This company deserves at least 7 for providing outstanding service & support! Max, the owner, called us within 30 minutes of posting our request for plumbing service Thursday eve/last night here on Yelp. Parts, labor, total charges were better than expected and the problems were fixed by 9:30am THE NEXT MORNING!!! Max's team, Sam & James were very knowledgeable & professional. They all reminded this ""experienced"" Baby Boomer of the ""good ole days"" when every single customer's satisfaction was most important and the company's reputation & future repeat business was highly treasured!

My only regret is I can't rate this team higher!
