Wow. I busted my 90 year old water main on Saturday and could barely get a compression coupling on. I inquired to Central Valley Sewer on Sunday and received a call that same day. I only reached out because the stellar reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Mac, the owner, showed up as scheduled on Monday morning personally to look at what it would take to do the job. He even accepted my offer for me to do the trenching and save a little on labor.
He said he would have the estimate the next morning and sure enough, he did. The value for the price was beyond fair. I feel as if I got every penny in quality and workmanship. Can you see the theme here? He gave me multiple options for a new main line and presented the information in a way I understood and I felt empowered to make my decision.
We scheduled the job for Friday and the guys did an amazing job. The materials they use are industry leading and the workmanship is second to none. I work in construction so I know good work when I see it. Copper manifold and Uponor pex were done exactly like was communicated to me. Was really impressed they used such a high quality pex pipe, where so many companies are trying to install cheap and only care about making some money.
Mac and his guys were so awesome and everything they said they would do, they did. Give them your business and you won't regret it. Shoutout to the foreman, Anthony, for taking the time to show me everything they did and explain future plumbing solutions that I had questions about. This is a company who is trying to make a name for themselves and I will advertise them every opportunity I have.

Our old water softener started leaking and got progressively worse. I did some research, and Central Valley Sewer had terrific reviews (but you have to be a little skeptical). I took a chance and emailed them on a Sunday. Mac called me that afternoon (even though he was having dinner with his family) to personally see what the problem was. I sent him a few pictures, and he scheduled me for Monday morning. The crew came out early, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the mess. Price was very reasonable, and the service was awesome. I now have a go-to plumber for any future needs. Thanks Mac and the crew for doing a terrific job!

I can't say enough good things to describe my experience with this company and its owner, Mac. They diagnosed and fixed a broken sewer drainage pipe in my kitchen. Water and soil were backing up into the sink in the kitchen and laundry room. I could not do dishes or laundry. The crew came out and initially tried to snake the line but were unable to get the snake through. They came back the next day and hydroflushed the line and inserted a camera. They found that the pipe had become completely corroded and had many holes.

Mac rearranged his work schedule so that he could make the necessary repair. This was not convenient for him as he had other customers waiting for his services. I had a deadline as I was expecting out of town guests who were going to (and did) stay with me for a week. Mac and his crew had to dig up the kitchen porcelain tiles, trying to preserve them, in order to repair the break. He brought in an exceptional tile person to replace and match the tiles after he was done.

Mac also encountered an electrical problem caused by electric wires that were under the slab that connected to the stove. Again, Mac brought in an electrician to makethe repairs which ended up being very complicated due to the age of my house and its infrastructure.

Bottom line is that because of Mac's hands on approache toproject management and his caring, compassionate nature, the kitchen repairs were completed in the nick of time for when my guests arrived.

As an aside, I had called several other plumbers before calling Central Valley Sewer. They dither did not return my call or canceled appointments. If you are looking for reliability, CVS is the company for you.

Quickest response and lowest bid. Flexible scheduling. Very clean stub out of cold water line in garage by splicing into existing pex. Made drywall patch easy. The guys we're professional and great to talk to. Great experience.

Our toilet was flowing slowly for over a week, so we tried Punger and our own snake, but no luck. Mac came out and tested the toilet and used his own auger. He was able to rule out major problems and gave me sound advice that led me to find out one of my kids had just shoved half an apple down the toilet. So instead of buying a new toilet or hydro flushing the whole house, it was less than $100, and a good heart-to-heart with my kids about proper composting.
Hope to not need them again, but would be happy to call on them.

I called Central Valley Sewer after contacting several other plumbing company's. These other companies refused to unclog my main drain due to not having an outside clean-out. After contacting Central Valley Sewer and explaining the problems the owner had me send him several pictures of our outside drain. He came out the very next morning and surveyed the situation. He immediately had a solution. Central Valley Sewer and especially Mac went above and beyond what was expected of them. Mac and his employees were very professional and courteous at all times. They did top notch quality work at a very reasonable, affordable and value added price. I will be calling them again if and when another problem arises. I recommend CENTRAL VALLEY SEWER 100%. So so very happy with CVS. They were our second quote and we immediately decided on them.. not just based on the reasonable price but the authenticity and transparency the owner Mac possesses is so humbling and refreshing. We got an outrageous quote from Lee's plumbing over three times the estimate then Mac's. I felt Lee's was taking advantage that I was a woman and loved in an area North Fresno. Mac charges based on the work and explains what he is going to. He was booked out so he couldn't do the work immediately like the other company could but he said he would do his best to get me in sooner and he did. He was worth the few days wait. He does a lot of work in my area so he was familiar with the supplies and job. He did a great job I highly recommended this company. When I would need to speak with customer service she too was very polite and professional not rude and tired like other customer service agents I've spoken to when needed service jobs. Give this company a chance on an estimate, I'm sure you'll be happy based on my experience.
