Scheduled to show at a specific time. Never showed, never called. Very frustrating.

The toilet broke with a house full of guests on a rainy Easter Sunday morning. The woman who answered my call was polite and professional and called right back to let me know someone was on the way. Judd arrived within the hour with all the needed parts. He replaced the fill valve, angle stop, flapper and supply line and charged less than any of us guessed the work would cost, even though it was Sunday AND a holiday.

A few weeks later I called again to schedule another visit to my elderly relative's home for a washing machine repair. The repair was scheduled for the date and time I requested, and Judd arrived on time with an assistant. He fixed the problem and charged a reasonable amount. I live out of town, so I'm glad to know there is an honest repair person I can contact when something goes wrong with my the plumbing.

Judd, the owner of Crazy Larry's, has been been patient, fair, spending incredible amounts of time to help me solve various sewer, plumbing and gas line problems over the years. Kristi, who works for him, have also been patient and has a warm personality and wonderful sense of humor. I would heartily recommend Crazy Larry's Plumbing - they've been in business in SB for decades and know how to get the job done right and on time and always with an immiediate response to emergencies.

Could not fix shower diverter, tried to fix,did not work. Claimed repair was 10 months old and it was 10 weeks old. Now the story is they were called for a shower faucet leak and the diverter is a NEW problem with a new set of charges. It has taken months, it does not work, and now some funny story about that it was always a LEAK and never a diverter. What a miserable mess.

The gas company turned off our gas upon move-in, Judd came right out and prioritized getting our gas back on. He also gave us tips on how we might save money by doing part of the labor ourselves (digging trench). We saved a bundle. We had a great experience.

We had a terrible experience with Crazy Larry. While Crazy Larry had a lower price we have needed TWO additional repairs to FIX problems Crazy Larry created from their inept replacement of our sewer liine (they forgot to reconnect one bathroom and they bent a gas pipe which started leaking.)

I have never posted a review of local services but felt compelled to do this to really warn people about the abysmal quality of Crazy Larry's Plumbing.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would do it. 4 separate visits to fix a basic plumbing problem, 3 out of the 4 visits - the plumber was late. On the 4th visit, the plumber was on time, but left to get a part and did not return. God help you if you have to call the office, whoever answers the phone needs Customer Service 101. She was rude, unhelpful, and could not have made it more clear that we were not important. What a nightmare. The fact that the owner is a nice man does not make up for shoddy service and horrible treatment by his staff.
