I had Cray Plumbing put in a new water softener. They were prompt and professional. It started with a phone call letting me know that they were on their way. When they arrived they put on shoe covers before entering the house. Luis was very professional and polite. He explained the options and was straightforward on cost involved. Lois got the job done in a timely manner and made sure to explain the things I needed to know before leaving. I would most definitely use Cray plumbing again.

I've had Cray plumbing do a couple different jobs for us over the past 3 years, and also have referred them twice to clients. I think their pricing is a bit on the high end but they are very professional and ethical in all my dealings with them. With one of my client calls they actually saved them from a repair that wasn't necessary. I recommend them to anyone for quality work.

They where great. They came on time as well as gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. He was very thorough with explaining what needed to be done and what my options were. He was super nice, great with my kids and enjoyed my dog.

Being new to the tri city area, we took a chance on hiring a plumber for our new home, we picked Cray Plumbing right away because they were able to get out to our place quickly, the technician they sent Luis was quick ,professional, friendly, clean and did a great job explaining all of his work, we were so pleased with this company and Luis that we became members under their coverage, with service like this, we aren't using anyone else! Called in at 10.30 am to have a severe leak fixed and was told by the operator that I would get a call soon. It's more than 24 hours later and not a word!

disappointed that they wanted $48.00 just to look at the problem. Would not tell me an approx cost for repairs before paying this fee. (was a leaking kitchen faucet, probably just needs a cartridge). When I asked to talk to a plumber or manager they refused. I mentioned they would expect a poor review online if they didn't do a good job. They hung up on me. Not a great place to deal with if not customer focused to let me know what it will cost, even an approx cost would be nice (50? 500? 1000?). Too bad, they were recommended by a friend too. Oh well, going with my trusty handyman (he's always busy) and does good work too.
