I had Crawford Services come out to do a Winter inspection of our twin furnaces, as we were having some air quality issues.

Jeff Pittman was our service technician and he did a phenomenal job -- opened both units, took photos of all areas, confirmed no damage needing repair, noted a weak capacitor that needed replacing, and gave some great recommendations on upgrades for air filtration.

And the quotes we got were extremely reasonable, even giving us a referral when we asked about duct cleaning.

I gave this 5 Stars because that's the most allowed, but I definitely recommend Crawford Services.

Update from last visit. On last visit, which was only a yearly checkup, I was given the all clear on both units. However the next day I realized one unit was not cooling. Another tech came out and said the capacitor was bad...even though the day before I was told it was old but still working. So a new capacitor was installed for $400. Quite a coincidence that it went bad just after the other tech left and was working before he got there. And I don't believe in coincidences!

The service was fantastic, but a bit expensive. They have excellent communications set up for the customer experience. They arrived when they said. They knew who I was when called them. The technician called just before arrival. He determined the problem quickly and provided an estimate for the repairs. He answered all my questions and was very polite.

Glad I signed up for the maintenance plan that includes 2 calls per year to inspect the hvac. Service has been great and Crawford fine tuned the airflow throughout the house so that it was better balanced.

Very hot and humid and one of my AC units was blowing warm air. Called Crawford Services, who I have used previously for AC service, and they were able to come out within 2 days during a time of high demand. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue (low coolant levels) very quickly and got the system back up and running in no time. The HVAC Technician (Joe) was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars if their prices had been more reasonable.

Crawford is a sponsored ad on Google as: "24 Hour Repair Hotline - Emergency Plumbing ... " so when this physically impaired senior citizen called them at 1:30am he was connected to an answering service who said they would dispatch someone "within the hour". crickets for 1.5 hours so I called back and they assured me that dispatch had acknowledged my request and that I should hear something soon ... meanwhile water is filling three rooms, so I called the city who was nice enough to send a public works fella out to turn off my water at the street ... and good thing because I NEVER DID hear anything from Crawford, their answering service, their dispatch or ANY of their crew until their office opened at 8am and a clerical person called asking if they could help and "they would see if they could put me on the schedule"! FALSE. ADVERTISING. NOT. HELPFUL.

Crawford Services is a reputable HVAC company that works with Costco. They are honest, reputable and a five star company.

In the last 3 years having them install a new AC, they have performed above the normal standard. Knowledgeable Technicians that are friendly, responsive and masters of their trade.

I would highly recommend Crawford Services to anyone who needs a reputable AC service company. Five Stars Mr Crawford and Abel, Nathan and William. These gents are great employees and know what to do, and you should give them a raise! Good employees are a tough find in the day and these men are rock stars!

The appointment for a hot water heater went well Tim was very thorough explaining everything. A little disappointed they don't offer a senior discount.
