Brian is outstanding, literally. We live in a rural area so getting anyone to come our way was absurd but I called Brian and he got me on the schedule, came up, diagnosed and fixed what he could (installed a UV light and updated our filter system) and then put us on the schedule to change a pressure tank that was foul. He even got us a better pressure tank than what we originally asked for, for slightly more money with a much longer warranty. Brian and team know their industry/business inside out and I am SOOOO SOOOO SOOOO thankful for their being upstanding businessmen. I referred them to my neighbor who is also so ecstatic about their work he asked Brian for a Crawford Pump sign to put out front of his house! That tells you something and don't be fooled by their years in business, I know Brian has over 10+ years experience in this trade. They're the best period. I will never utilize anyone else again!

I was having several issues with my well, it was so overwhelming. I called several companies and nobody could come to my property right away. I had two guys tell me it would be over a week! I was recommended to call Crawford pump by a good friend of mine. Sure enough a gentleman named Brian answered immediately, was professional and nice and offered to come to my property same day!! Wow, I was immediately relieved. Brian showed up a couple hours later looked at my well and pump. Very professional business, he had everything to fix my problem and his rates were quite reasonable. I'm incredibly satisfied and would recommend Crawford pump to anyone looking for great service!!
