Preston Crawford and his team helped solve all of my plumbing and renovation needs for our "new" home I purchased.
I now have a beautiful farm style stainless steel kitchen sink, two brand new marble, stand in showers with a reinforced shower head for all my new shower head attachments, whole house water filtration system, two water attachments: one for water to my fridge and one for the other fridge, a brand new drain to my septic tank, and installed an entire drainage system to properly drain the water from my roof! Crawford Plumbing did so much work on my house I almost forgot about our two brand new sinks in our bathrooms! He also inspected and tested my existing water heater which saved my money for everything else that needed to get done and we finished the entire project beautifully!!!! With Mr. Crawford's knowledge, experience, and connections to other professional contractors: EVERYTHING was all done in record time for our beautiful home!

When I called about my appointment December 14. Told her no one would be home after 3:00 the technician came at 2:40. Said he would be back Tuesday. Well its 6:24 pm and no technician. To bad I can't have them pay for my water bill plus the electricity cause it's the hot water faucet that want turn off.

I was unhappy with my Crawford Plumbing experience and feel that they did not handle my particular situation in a professional and organized manner. They repeatedly showed me that I could not trust them to do what they said they would do. For example, they did not show up to a previously scheduled appointment and never called to say they would not be coming. They just never showed up. This was personally frustrating because I had taken off work to meet them for the appointment. After I called them multiple times and spoke with multiple staff, they stated that they would call to reschedule. They never did. To make a long story short they then told my home warranty company something that was not true. I have called to get a different plumber and would not recommend this company to work on your home based on the above experience.
