Our hot water heater bit the dust. We called James. He came over the same day, diagnosed the problem, made recommendations, and gave us a quote. The plumbing supply was closed for the day so we made arrangements to replace it on Monday. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would do, and charged what I found to be a very reasonable amount (we had a quote from another plumber) for the work he did- All while being very professional and polite.
