In 2019 I lost my furnace and water heater to the Mississippi flood. I contracted with Crawford to replace them and asked their advice on whether it would be safe to install the water heater in the closet upstairs to prevent future flood damage. They said it would be fine because they would install a drip pan and overflow pipe to the basement so any leakage would drain through the pipe and not out onto my beautiful, 130 year old oak floor.

After just 4 years the water heater failed and leaked all over my oak floor. They charged me to replace the water heater, offered no apology for their bad advice and even replaced the failed heater with the exact same model that failed after only 4 years. Now I'm left with a ruined floor and a water heater that may fail again before it should and no way to prevent it from ruining a repaired floor.

As a professional myself I understand people should be able to rely on my advice. That is the point of being a professional. If I give out bad advice I will do everything I can to make it right. That didn't happen here.

I appreciate the integrity and skills of Crawford Company! They go out of their way to help others and make sure their end product produces fantastic results. They parter up with top construction companies on big projects showing their capability. I appreciate that this company has a pulse inside of our community showing they have a heart in the center of their organization. They started a donation for schools and played a Trivia game for two fun cards just recently. I feel that Crawford is leading by example what a local small business should look like. Thanks for all you do Crawford!!!!

August 14 2018...Crawford Company did a superb for us. Our AC was running but not cooling as desired. They were able to send Technician, Zach, on one day's notice and on time. He did a complete analysis, identified the issue and made repairs on the spot, and also provided future maintenance advice. He couldn't have been more helpful, polite and professional. The modest charge was for one hour plus material. We couldn't be more satisfied.

In September 2016 had a a new boiler put in by the Crawford Company . I only wish I'd done it a few years earlier . They did the most professional job and left no mess or clean up for us . They were on time and pro's in every way . I recommend there boiler installation to anyone . I'm not sure about the rest of there services but there sales crew a boiler installers know there products .

Hired Crawford to tear out and replacement of 2d floor shower stall along with painting of two bathrooms and installation of new hardware and a vanity. While Crawford plumber Brock provided excellent service, Crawford elected to have a sub-contractor come in and do the non-plumbing portions (painting, install of suspended ceiling, etc.). So as the prime contractor and project manager, Crawford takes the hit here. HORRIBLE - sub admitted his employee was brand new. Evident that the new employee spoke little English and had no idea what he was doing. Poor workmanship....will never ever recommend Crawford to anyone - if you use Crawford, be forewarned....""expert"" prices with amateur results.
