Mr Cranford answered the phone himself. It was wonderful after dealing with customer service with 4 other plumbers. He came the same day, diagnosed the problem, replace the water heater and the total cost was $750.00. I am extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

Good service as far as being on time for a job, but pricing is outlandish and outrageous!!! I had a hot water heater go out at my place of business and he came promptly to fix it. The total cost of the New hot water heater was roughly $1,250 but when I received the billing the invoice stated $3,800 granted I know labor is roughly a $1,000 give or take but that's over$1,550 unaccounted for!!!! Then when I inquired about the price of the hot water heater Mr. Cranford would never give me an estimate on the actual price for the unit!!! I will never recommend nor use this service ever again!
