We had a leak under the sink in our bathroom vanity. Both the compression fittings were completed rusted and broke when I tried to shut off the valve. I knew then that this was a bigger job than I had initially anticipated.
I called Crane and spoke with the owner Brian. He was fantastic. Even though they were busy he was able to prioritize our job due to the leak. He promised his office would get back with my either way to see if they could make it out the same day. They called around 11 am or so to confirm they could send somebody within the hour.
Brandon was at our place exactly on the hour and was able to replace both hot and cold copper supply lines along with the compression fittings and flexible lines in short order and took care of the situation.
I would highly recommend Crane for any plumbing jobs you have. They are honest, reasonably priced and reliable. Above all they are very customer focused and everybody I dealt with was very professional and courteous.

Our garbage disposal was clogged and most of the plumbers in the area couldn't come until at least another week. I called Crane on a Tuesday and they came the next day! Completed the job efficiently and didn't price gouge! Will definitely recommend them!

Our bathtub would drain very slowly. I called Crane (after the first plumbing company wouldn't return my call) and I was quickly scheduled for service.

Charged us over $700.00 for labor on a job that should have only taken one plumber a couple hours. I had to pay for both the plumber AND an apprentice, time spent running back and forth for items THEY forgot. (one did running while other one played on his phone.) Job took 2 of them 3 1/2 hours. Live and learn I guess, but will NEVER use them again.

Crane Plumbing gave me the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing service! When I called Jessica answered and was friendly and helpful with scheduling an appointment. She also gave me an accurate estimated range of what I'd should expect to pay based on what I needed addressed (2 problematic sinks and adjacent dishwashers and a toilet that behaved like a rocking chair). The morning of my appointment Jessica called to say I should expect the plumber at my house shortly, which he was. Scott was not only friendly and polite, but he had the skills and experience necessary to troubleshoot and repair all my plumbing problems. In addition, he cleaned up afterwards, even cleaning up messes left by leaks! I am completely impressed! I would highly recommend Crane Plumbing to anyone seeking reliable and affordable plumbing services.

Do not recommend if you actually want a leak fixed. I live out of state and have a rental house. My floor installer called me and told me I had a leak coming under laundry room wall. Crane plumbing came out and told me it was a leak from washer hoses and that they tightened and fixed leak. 4 days later I visited the property and there was still a leak coming from AC piping. Called their emergency number several times over the weekend and no call returned. Had someone else repair the AC issue on Monday yet they still billed me for a leak they didn't fix. Very unprofessional company.
