Came out to fix a leaky faucet in our garage, when they turned tankless water heater back on, managed to break the cold water valve. The next day (Sunday) we woke up to a bigger mess than we had in the first place. When we called them, they tried to charge us time and 1/2 for a job they should've done properly to begin with. We had to call someone else out to fix what they broke (he agreed it was broken by service). I would not mind someone charging me for the part, I get it things break. But when you charge someone for a service that was a result of your negligence, that's bad business.

We used Crandall's to have a tankless water heater installed. Hector arrived exactly as scheduled and installed the water heater in a neat and timely manner. There is no more to add other than the installation was exactly as we expected and we'll definitely us Crandall's again in the future! We did have one added feature to the process in that Hector had to leave just a little early on the last day because his wife had to quickly leave for the hospital to have their first baby!

We used Crandall's to replace the water heater few years ago and it was fast and straightforward (with Sam, the owner). Our toilet and kitchen faucet need to be replaced so we contacted them based our last experience. They were great in scheduling a visit for bid. We also received bid from another plumber and Crandall's was little cheaper. We decided to go with them based on our prior experience. We bought the new toilet and kitchen faucet ourselves. The cost to install each item is $250. We figure it gonna take around 2 hours so $125 per hour acceptable. They came out next day to work on our house. They wanted to charge us additional $195 to replace the toilet flange ring as it needs to be replaced. They told us the material $50 and the labor $145. My husband and I went online to check the price. Kit costs less than $10 at Home Depot. They gave us $50 discount after my husband complained about the added costs. We understand there are unforeseen costs involved during these jobs. However, the additional costs in this situation seem excessive. We felt like they were taking advantage of the situation and not very straightforward. Sadly we won't be using Crandall's in the near future.

We had a backup occur two days after a plumber was out for a backup. I called Crandall's that morning as it happened when leaving for work. Bless me that I saw it! Crandall's moved some things around to make it to my house and saved the day. I am so grateful for their service. Hector was more than helpful and so patient with my questions.
