We have used Crandalls Plumbing a few times now and they are always great! They are on time, fix the problem and are very professional. Stephen helped us out this weekend when another company fell through and didn't finish the job. Stephen was awesome and took care of the problem. Thank you Stephen for helping us out!! My experience with Crandall's Plumbing was outstanding. I called yesterday afternoon and was scheduled an appointment for this morning. They called to let me know he was on his way and when he would be arriving. Stephen V. was friendly (my dog really liked him too), instantly knew what my plumbing issues were and fixed them in a timely manner for a reasonable charge. Crandall's Plumbing will definitely be the first call I make when a plumbing need arises.

I needed the toilet in the powder room removed and replaced. My floor in the powder room is natural stone slate which I worried how it would look if I removed and replaced the toilet as the last time I had problems another plumber told me due to the flooring he would recommend re-building the toilet versus getting a new one. Well, this time I was hoping I could get a new toilet but was prepared for another re-build.
When Crandall's plumber, Ryan, arrived he assessed the situation and gave me an estimate for both a re-build and and new toilet. I shared with him my reservation of my flooring for a remove and replace approach but that I would like a newer toilet. He assured me he removed and replaced many toilets that had slate flooring and that he would be sure it would be better or as good as the current match.
So, I agreed and Ryan picked my new toilet up at the Home Depot for me, removed the old toilet and took it away, then replaced the old with the new. When he finished sealing around the toilet to the floor. He was NOT happy with the white sealant against the slate floor(and neither was I), so he suggested we let it dry but that he would plan to return in a few days remove that sealant and put a gray color grout to match the grout in my slate floor. He took a couple of pics and headed off to Home Depot.
When he returned a few days later, he removed the white colored sealant and replaced it with a gray sealant like grout substance. IT MATCHED perfectly!!! I am so pleased with Ryan's work, tidiness, and professionalism. The pride he showed in making this the best it could be will ensure I use Crandall's again.

I have used Crandall's twice now and both times have been wonderful! I love that their office staff calls and follows up and is available at all hours of the day. Kano came out a couple weeks ago when the the stems in our shower needed to be replaced. He was very friendly, quick and did a great job. Yesterday we needed to call again due to a bad install on a washer and dryer from the place we purchased the units from and Ryan came and did another great job. He was ver friendly, helpful, and above all I loved that he was honest and even though the washer installer told us we needed to have some angle stops replaced, Ryan told us they were fine. He could of easily sold us something we didn't need, but instead he was honest and up front. He ended up finding a gas leak (from the bad dryer install), fixing that and that also fixed something else we needed help with that wasn't even plumbing related. I am so happy to of found Crandall's Plumbing! We will keep using them for our future plumbing needs! Thank you!

This is my first yelp review. My wife and I were in Vail when my son called to tell us the carpet in our living room was soaking wet. The only thing that goes through your mind is panic.

I checked the reviews and called a couple companies. Crandall's called back right away and came out the next day. Because it was a slab leak it was a complicated fix and because they were responsive I gave them the business.

The work got done and the leak was fixed. However. I noticed later one if our showers no longer worked.

I called them and they came out that same day, acknowledged the problem and fixed it - no haggling or additional cost.

So do they deserve a five? Not if you really think about it - after all it was not done right the first time. BUT they are a quality company and stood behind their work no questions asked. So that made me want to give them a great review.

I've used Crandall's in the past and thought their work was fine, good customer service as they were friendly and answered my questions and that was why I called them first when this issue come about. The issue was, my tenant called and stated that an odor coming from the toilet, she did not know where or what was causing the smell but said it happened when they used the toilet. Crandall's was able to send someone out later that day, which was a plus. Overall the plumber was not able to determine what was causing the odor and had recommendations on possible fixes. The estimate was $1,888 to do the following: flush all the pipes (basically washing the insides of the pipes clean), removing and resetting the toilet, and smoke test. If I had decided to go with that, there was no guarantee that those fixes would get rid of the odor. I called another plumber to get a second quote and they were able to get rid of the odor by pulling the toilet and installing a wax ring and bolts along with removing hair from the shower (plumber said that could also be the cause of the smell) for $230. This option was much cheaper and my tenants are happy with the smell gone.

Not that Crandall's customer service was bad but I was disappointed that they were not able to determine the smell and I was charged $99 to determine what the problem was when they were not able to definitively state what it was.

Outstanding customer service and work. Jeff and Kyle were clean on time and finished under the quoted time. Kept me informed thru the whole process no surprises. When the job was done they cleaned up after no trace that work was done. Thank you I definitely recommend this company.

This company is top-notch!!
I called only a couple hours ago and they have already fixed the problem and left.
The Service Technician (RYAN McCAMMON) showed up right on time...friendly, knowledgeable, and super-professional!!
I will only use this company moving forward, and I will only ask for RYAN as well.
Not only did he fix the issue, but he checked everything carefully twice to make sure everything was perfect!
Can't say enough about the company and definitely can't say enough about RYAN.
If you need work done - call and ask for RYAN to come out...you will not be disappointed.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
I have used Crandall's for many years for my 7 unit apartment building, and they are always so fast to respond, quick to answer any questions, and how cool is it to have an honest plumber. This week Kano and Steve came out to look at a wall heater and it turned out that the tenant had inadvertently turned the switch so it was a quick fix that didn't really require their knowledgeable Kano, but he was so great, he just said, ""Well while I'm here on a service call, is there anything else I can help you with?"" And as it turned out, one of my tenants sinks was stopped up and they cleared it up in no time, and only charged me for the original call.

In other work they've done for me they are always clean and thorough and take the time to explain the problems and let me know my options.

They make my life so much easier. So fantastic to have a team I can count on, even when I am out of town!

Thanks so much to everyone on the team, and especially Kano, who is always such a pleasure to work with. There is a reason Crandall's keeps their plumbers for years, and I've been doing business with them for years. It's a pleasure to know that I will always be taken care of by a

I can't express how grateful I am to Crandall's for their super quick response time (they emailed and called me within a half hour of my initial inquiry- wow!) and immediate appointment time, they came out exactly when I needed them. I had two tough drains snaked and a new laundry sink piped and installed - all done in an hour and halfI Love love loved! the two service guys Kano and Steve - super friendly, and I was very comfortable talking with them. These guys are fast, efficient and knowledgeable workers. This experience was really the best I've had with any plumbing company and I will only ever call Crandall's from here on out. Highly highly recommended!
