Great plumber to come out from a Sunday morning call and really took the time to diagnose where the water was coming from and saved lots of damage. Informative and casual in demeanor. Very knowledgeable, professional and showed up when they said they would. Pricing upfront & clear and was not the most expensive of the Sunday quotes - cannot say that about the drywall repair company they recommended (Dry Force) for repair: see my review for that company!

Great workmanship, very courteous technician. Went to file invoice away and noticed a discrepancy between the over the phone quote and bill for a replacement water heater. Originally quoted 900 over the phone, but charged 990. Quote also included a new pan, but technician said the old one fit. Looking closer at the pan and the water heater, the cover doesn't fit correctly. I'll try to call back for an explanation.

First let me say, Crandall's plumbing is very curteous. That being said, I called them to check a leak that was underneath my house. After searching, the plumber stated he could not find a leak and that it must be coming from the sprinkler system. Long story short: there was a leak in the house, not the sprinkler system. I spoke with Mr. Crandall who admitted they missed something their first visit around and was more than willing to give me a discount for the trouble. Unfortunately, when the issue is plumbing and possible water damage and I pay for a leak detection, but detects nothing, all the time spent looking elsewhere caused more water to go underneath the house. Like I said, they were willing to give me a discount for the mistake which I really appreciate, but on that same token, I cannot give a perfect 5 star rating if I did not receive what I paid for.

It was not an easy job - but on a sunday at noon, I called with a main line blockage to the street. In less then 1 hour a plumber shows up. Clears out the line after a couple tries... like I said it wasn't an easy job, and whoosh - happy home again.

Needed an underground water service line replaced. I dug the trenches and then called a couple of local plumbers for estimates to put in the line and make the connections. Crandall's estimate was very fair and they were able to start that afternoon! Sam and the crew were very professional and personable. They made good recommendations and the work was quality, quick and clean. I would highly recommend their services.
