Sarah S.My limited experience with Craigs Plumbing Solutions was not good. I left a message asking for a call-back for an estimate - and did not get a call back.
I called a second time and left another message with another call-back number. The receptionist called me back on my work phone - not the number I had given - and said she texted me before. Since I had specifically asked for a call-back I thought it odd that she texted. That does not seem professional. Additionally, the number is not a cell phone so obviously I wouldn't get a text.
I have a simple laundry pump in the basement that needs to be connected to our exit plumbing. This should be a no-brainer for a plumber (for most people actually; but I don't want to mess with our old pipes), simply add new pipe from the pump to the existing exit pipes and you're done.
They said they would charge OVER $200 to give me a ""professional assessment"" and then an estimate for the job.
""Professional Assessment""!? A piece of pipe is not rocket science, people. The job itself will probably take a plumber about an hour, and they want $200 bucks just to look at my basement? Ridiculous.
Gina H.Craig's is amazing! They are professional, reasonable and I trust them with all our plumbing needs. We have been using them for 7 years and I will not use anyone else, we will literally wait for them to be available, even in emergency because they make us a priority if it is an emergency!
Very fair priced! We had to use them twice in an emergency situation and they worked fast to get it taken care of.
Christopher B.great work and customer service. i've used them multiple times and always with outstanding results!
This type of service is what I would love to see every where. Each time I call them they are responsive, friendly and VERY helpful. Thanks for your great assistance every time!
Charles H.I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From Krissy in the office, to the crews that come out to do the work, simply amazing. Nice guys you would trust around your mom or teenage daughters, not sheisters or scam artists that charge your $600 for a ten minute job.
Sometimes they are backed up a bit because of their radness, but if you have an emergency I am sure they would work with you.
Stop scrolling, you have found your plumbers.
Showed up without bringing the proper tools for the job. I had worked at a clog in my washer drain, and asked for them to bring a larger snake for a 2"" drain. When the technician's showed up the first time I asked if they had brought the large snake, they hadn't. So they repeated all the work that I had previously done, which didn't fix the problem. However, this did rack up charges. They left saying the would return soon. A week and a half later they got me back into their schedule. Then they didn't show up. Another week goes by and we are able to get back on the schedule. This time they did bring the large snake that they should have brought the first time. 20 minutes later the clog was cleared. I was charged $577 for what should have been a 20 minute job in the first place. I can understand being charged the call out, an hours labor, and supplies. However, when you milk out extra wages... that's just not right. I should have just rented the proper equipment from Home Depot for $65.00, and had the job done 3 weeks earlier. Can not recommend.
So we needed Craigs plumbing again...not their fault. They are local and very responsive. Can't say enough about their great service. A big deal is, I trust them!!!
Julie F.Everything you want in a. plumber: he showed up on time, worked hard to fix the problem, charged what he said he would, and made friends with the dog.
Cory D.After reading so many positive reviews about Craig's Plumbing (and the fact that they were local), I thought I would give them a try. It didn't go well and it all boiled down to poor communication. I called them to get an estimate on a project and explained the details to their secretary. I was told they would get back to me to schedule a time to come out. 1 week later I hadn't heard anything so I called back and talked to the same secretary, who assured me I'd hear from them soon. 2 weeks after that the owner finally called me. I missed the call, but called back later that day (he gave me the office number). Again talked to the same secretary and was told to leave a message. Well, it's been over a week later (and a month since the original call) and still no call back. If it's that hard to get an estimate from them it sure seems like a red flag. I'll take my business elsewhere.
