I called multiple times and requested help and through Yelp and she called me once, but never called me again so I had to go with someone else. To me it was a red flag. She still hasn't called me actually when she said she would call me back and the project is done.

Always professional and courteous. They did a great job installing our RO water system

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED
I call this company for a toilet leak hoping to find local company. The appointment was two days later and the leak had stopped for unknown reasons. While the plumber was there I asked about replacing two faucet shower valves and one spout. He took pictures (all he needed per plumber) and said would get back to me. I was charged the $89 evaluation fee and told it could be used on the repair of the valves and spout. During the service call the plumber did say it would cost over $700 to replace the actual fixture and not just replace the valves. A week Iater I contacted company (as agreed upon at evaluation)their return email stated the valves were discontinued and i will need to find new ones. I asked for the make and model needed but they said they didn't know. How did they know the valves were discontinued if they can't give vital info. I researched several suppliers who stated I need make and model again I asked I they could give info after several emails (in one of their emails they asked if I had original packaging) I was told it was a mixet brand and could get at home depot. Again I researched and found a product I thought was correct and sent part number to confirm I had the right part. Again I was told they don't know. How do they know you can get it at home depot if they don't know what part I need. The company has clearly stated that they will not warranty any work if they did not provide the actual value. If the replacement valves are available at home depot why did they say the valve was discontinued. I have tried numerous time to get the correct part to replace the valves. This company has given me the total runaround and charged for a evaluation in which they provided no information other that they don't know. The latest email I received said the valves were extremely old and used in low end motels. They also have not seen in 10 to 12 years. They did send me a link ""easy to install with a screw driver"" which did not work. Their advise is I replace with somthing from moen or Kohler which will cost me at least $700 apiece and I will need to hire another company to fix the tile which they would need to remove. I originally gave the company a three but after the latest round of emails I lowered it to a one.

August 2020 was our first experience with Craig's Plumbing resulting from a Master Bath shower and tub remodel. They were the plumbing sub working with Kera Bath & Shower. My August 13, 2020 review gave the details of our happy experience and satisfaction with Craig's Plumbing and their employee Jose.
March 2022, we again contracted with Kera Bath & Shower to replace wall mirrors, sinks and counter tops in the same Master Bathroom. We were pleased to hear that Kera Bath & Shower would again work with Craig's Plumbing for the faucet and drain hook ups in the new sinks.
As with our first experience, Craig's Plumbing, through their employee Jose, accompanied by his Father this time, completed their work in an excellent manner! They were on time, ensured no leaks, everything was working fine and everything was cleaned up in an outstanding manner! Thank You Jose and Craig's Plumbing! My wife and I are happy to give Craig's Plumbing a 5 Star rating and recommendation! Keith Hopkey

TOTAL RIPOFF! I had a leaky shower fixture and a toilet that was running into the bowl. They charged me $69 for a service call. All they did was take pictures of my shower fixtures and toilet model. I had to wait 5 days for a call back (while my shower and toilet were still leaking) for an outrageously high bid of $400+ to ""rebuild"" my toilet and $1100+ to fix my shower. Of course it is cheaper to buy new fixtures so I told them I would shop around and they could install when I got them. Meanwhile, I asked them to cap the leak in my shower since I should get something for my $69 besides two ridiculous bids, right? At least something should be fixed, right? But no. Instead I get the runaround from Michelle and Jose saying they are trying to move appointments around to ""accomodate"" me, as if they are doing me a favor. I paid money for a service to get my shower fixed! The least they could do is stop the leak while I find my fixtures. $325 just to cap a leak in my shower? I realize I am not the biggest client, but every paying customer should get something. All I got is ripped off. STAY AWAY!

Craig's plumbing (JOSE) & his very nice assistant came out to my home today 3/13/19 -we did a tub to shower conversion . They installed the new plumbing of the valve & diverter and shower head and handheld and moved the drain into the center & will return to install the shower hardware on Monday .
Arrived on time, with booties on,worked neat, confirmed placement of fixtures with me etc...
All worked out great -reliable great service !
We will call them for other plumbing when needed! Thank you Jose & assistant . Finally good workmanship with reliability !

I was given a referral from my HOA at Sky condo's on the strip for a plumber. Two of my toilets were running and I was in need of the replacement of the tanks internal components. I called Craigs Plumbing to respond to my place to give me an estimate. They charged 120.00 to come out and evaluate the issue, then. I was given a price quote of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. to complete the work. I found another plumber who charged me TWO HUNDRED & FIFTY dollars torepair and replace the exact same things. Craigs plumbing attempted to GOUGE me because I live in a high rise . They are a complete rip off. Do yourself a favor and do not get taken advantage of. I will tell anyone who needs a plumber that I encounter not to use Craigs Plumbing.

Our water heater was only conditionally cleared by the gas company when we moved in back in May. I informed our landlord of the issue and heard nothing. After 2 months of inaction I finally had no choice but to hire a plumber myself and deduct from rent.
I called Craig's plumbing last as they were on the referral list from SouthWest Gas. Michelle at the front office was very nice and understood my concerns. She said she could get people out to fix the issue the next day and gave me a time window of 1-2 pm. She called that morning and said they were running early and could come in an hour, and I quickly agreed.
I'm so glad I called them. Not only did they fix the relief valve issue, but they also saw something the gas company didn't. There was a hole in a large pipe which was leaking carbon monoxide. After calling our landlord we found that we don't even have carbon monoxide detectors in the house.....
My two service dogs sometimes sleep or play in the garage and it's very lucky neither were injured.
I would definitely use Craig's again. Both men were very patient as I made sure the paperwork had all the information we would need to give to the landlord and then made a copy of the paperwork and check I was going to give them so I had all of the documentation as clear as I could.
Highly recommend them.

I had a horrible experience with Craig's Plumbing. I called Craig upon referral, because my water heater was not heating. Craig arrived and advised that the burner was out and he would not replace the burner, and would only replace the hot water heater itself for approx. $2K. I refused to have this done without another opinion. I was advised that Craig did not test the unit properly to determine what was wrong and if the entire burner needed replacing it would cost approx. 250 installed. Upon talking to the second water heater expert the water heater ignited and is now functioning properly. The water heater is 6 years old.

My usual plumber was getting too old to perform a lot of the work I needed, so he recommended Craig to me for the jobs he just couldn't physically do anymore. The old guy still does all my drain clearing, because old business relationships, are old business relationships. But Craig is now my goto for gas related work. Jose has always been thorough the times he was sent out to my locations.
The first time I called Craig, I needed help because my gas got shut off by the gas company, due to leaks. Craig taught me step by step, how to deal with the gas company, and get my gas turned back on. He didn't even charge me for his advice. It was over a year later before I needed Craig's services again. But again I needed help dealing the the gas company. Which with SWG, is nearly impossible without someone intimately familiar with how they work. Craig will be an ally in dealing with SWG until you get the required results.
