Craig came to my house early the next morning and checked every single pipe with Alex, the whole work was completed successfully after 3 days. You see, our sewer line became clogged on Christmas Day. I had another plumbing company come out and do an emergency rooter service; I was looking at $59.99. No such luck; when the rooter failed to clear the line, they then said that the line was clogged with roots and they needed to hydro-jet the line at a cost of $1,150. I explained that my wife had recently had major surgery and I needed the line cleared. They brought in an impressive, trailer-mounted hydro-jet and spent 15 minutes or so with a hose in my sewer line. They then stuck a camera in the line. At this point, I was informed the sewer line was collapsed and would need to be replaced by digging down to the line. The result? A $4,250 estimate, from which they generously told me they could deduct the cost of the hydro-jet. Even though the rooter company said they would apply the $1,150 credit for the hydro-jet only if I okayed the repair within 24 hours, I decided I needed a second opinion.

I called Craig.

After describing the situation, he set a reasonable price and agreed to come out and take a look with his camera. In short order, Craig found the same spot with his camera and recommended that he hydro-jet the line himself. He explained that this works 99% of the time and was at a loss as to why the other company could not clear the blockage (in his professional opinion, there was no evidence of a collapse in the line based on what he saw). He explained that most of the large chain plumbing companies operate on a commission basis and this creates an incentive for their employees to recommend high-priced, and potentially needless, repairs. Craig spent a great deal of time scouring our sewer with his small, less-impressive looking hydro-jet (but a certainly more effective one in the hands of a dedicated professional), describing the process and showing me the progress all along the way.

After an hour and a half, he had completely cleared our sewer line. In his opinion, it should last another decade with careful maintenance. It was a fraction of the cost of the other company's half-hearted effort. Craig offered to return in 6 months to review the situation and make a recommendation on the best way to control the roots. I learned more about sewer lines than I ever wanted but saved thousands of dollars in the process.

This company replaced our gas line last May. We are having a gas issue: no more heat or hot water. We called them and asked them to come ASAP and they said they will be to our home the next morning. We were waiting. Calling them and finally told us they will not come today but tomorrow. I explained them again he situation and they did not care at all even so the job was still under warranty. Not a reliable and trustful company be aware of it!
If we knew we had to wait so long we would have called another company on day one.
And on the top of that the owner of Craigs plumbing is saying we are liars! He was supposed to replace all the gas lines under the house and eliminate unused lines under the house. The roof line is coming from under the house: so yes you did not do your job properly! And you did go into our house or how could you verify the stove!! Regarding your phone call we were two hearing you saying that you will be there around 12:15pm: I guess you had to go somewhere else instead! And yes we've got super angry at you because you don't do that to customers. I blasted at you because you did not care at all about the fact we did not have any heater or hot water int he house and you've cancelled on us.
I guess we don't have the same definitions of bad words, what is unreliable, and dishonest.

I had a whole conversation with Craig one day and wanted to hire him the next after him saying that he would be available to come by once I had the parts. Could never get a hold of him he never answered and never called despite my pleading. His work may be great I could never get a hold of him to tell you whether or not he was. I'm just saying that although he answered right away when I called yesterday today .....Nada.

I was calling around on a Sunday looking for some help with my dryer installation. Why I would recommend Craig is that he said ""I can come over and take your money, but if you run to the hardware store and buy this you can do it yourself in 10 minutes"" and he was right!!!! I would highly recommend Craig's Plumbing. I had a gas leak due to an ancient gas line from my house to the curb. This is not a small job and I got multiple bids. Craig's Plumbing offered a very reasonable price, they performed the work in a timely manner, were very professional. They are very nice honest people. l don't often bother with leaving reviews, but I was so impressed with them that I wanted to let people know. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

These guys are FANTASTIC! Craig and his team redid all the pipes in my house because mine were old and rusty. They set my expectations around what they would need to do (what walls they would need to open up, timing, etc.) and did a great job in a short time. What left an impression on me though, beyond that I liked them as people, was their thoughtfulness every step of the way. Despite all the work going on during the day, every night my place was clean, felt minimally disrupted and was functional - which I feared it wouldn't be.

So clearly I'm a fan and I wish I could hire them for all my home maintenance needs.

I smelled gas when I went to my Aunt's condo so I called the gas company to check on it. Gas Co. tagged and turned off gas in her unit and said that we need to call a plumber to do a gas leak testing. Craig's Plumbing came out right away and did the testing and his crew were really professional and well organized/clean. I am really happy with the amount of work that they've done in her unit. Craig's plumbing is highly recommended!!
