Craig has been a great find for us. Right after we moved into our new house, the gas company discovered a gas leak. We found Craig on Yelp and he dropped by in less than an hour, inspected the problem (including checking the crawlspace to understand where the gas line came in) and was able to quote us that same day. From start till end, Craig and his crew delivered amazing service: fast, professional, reliable and correct. He even helped us get the inspection done in time by the city!

I have used Craig's Plumbing for over 12 years. He has replaced a garbage disposal, installed new faucets in the bathroom, repaired a leaking bathroom sink and toilet. He is amazingly honest. He will tell you which type and brand of faucets, handles, disposal, etc. are reliable, worth the price, not worth the price, I selected an attractive set of faucets, doing research, etc. and Craig took one look and said that he would be back on a year or two to replace them because there were of poor quality! He either answers the phone or returns calls promptly, scheduled quick, convenient appointments, arrives on time and stands behind his work.

He never showed up after i scheduled an appointment. I called him three times thinking maybe he is stuck in traffic or at another job and to reschedule my repair but he did not bother to return phone calls. Honestly, never had such lack of service.
