We contacted Craig's on a Sunday morning because our AC unit was not functioning. We didn't expect a service call being as this occurred during a heat wave, expected to be in the lower 90's that particular day. We not only received a call back but had a technician at our door within the hour. Frank showed up with the best possible attitude for someone working on a Sunday morning and was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes and have the unit running within a half hour. We couldn't be more happy with the whole experience and highly recommend their services.

This is probably one of the easiest reviews I can write. Craig's plumbing and heating definitely helped me get my furnace up and running again! I came home to find my furnace on the fritz and the last thing I need is a freezing house. Found Craig's plumbing and heating through google search and decided to call and ask for an estimate. At first I spoke with Jill who explained everything and quoted me a great price compared to some of the other competitors, she was great and really attentive to my needs. I mentioned that I had to discuss this with my fiancée and get back with a definite answer.

About an hour or so later, we decided to book with Craig's Plumbing and Heating and spoke to another lady by the name of Karess. Karess was already informed by Jill about our needs and set us up to get taken cared for the very next day.

Great service, amazing customer service and fair prices.
Can't go wrong here. Thank you ladies for really helping us out!

My 10 year old water heater broke one night, and I woke up to water all over my house. I called a few places that said they couldn't get out until the next day. When I called Craig's, the girl Jill who works in the office was very helpful. She got a guy out to take a look at it right away. Jill also called back with a fair estimate, and scheduled installation that same evening. I was pleased with how quickly they were able to replace my water heater, less than 24 hours! Definitly will use again for any future HVAC needs.

Shame on me! Called to have a mainline drain cleaned out as I thought it was starting to backup. The tech came and didn't think it was clogged but knowing that it backs up every 3 years I asked him to snake it out any way. 80 feet out to the curb and about 30 feet under the basement slab, took all of about an hour from start to finish. Shame on me for not asking the price, $485 plus tax, total job was $518. I have had this line cleaned out every 3 years and the average cost was between $225 to $300. I know this is a messy job and was expecting to clean the floor when he was done however the snake jumped around so much it was banging into the newly built shop cabinets that I just made. For $485 I would have thought they would have laid down some cardboard or tarps. Spent an 1 1/2 cleaning the grease off the floor. I usually just pick the first name that comes up in the directory but this time I made a conscious effort to use someone local and was disappointed with the price and the lack of care in at least trying to protect the floor and the cabinets.

I did not dispute the bill, even gave the tech a tip, it's just my style however I will not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We had our kitchen remodeled and went with an under mount sink. So the hot and cold water lines needed to be lowered 4 inches so the sink would fit. Called Craig's and the technician charged us $325 for this. It only took him around 20 minutes to complete the job.Initially I wasn't happy with the cost so I spoke with Craig. He explained some things to me and also agreed to a price that I think is fair. Craig is a man who cares about what his customers think and about his name being on his business. He takes that seriously and wants his customers to be happy.

He is polite and professional and told me that in the future that he would always be available for his customers to speak to. As far as the work is concerned it was done well. This was the third time I had used Craigs and the work is always done promptly and professionally. They are prompt and courteous.

Although no matter how Craig explains it the initial cost of $325 for two $5.00 valves and 15 minutes of work was quite ridiculous.

Terrible! The guys failed to connect the pipes under my sink after they completed the drain clean out, so days of leaking water into my kitchen cabinet, now I have to replace the cabinet after I just had my kitchen done. Bad attitudes and very poor quality workmanship. Clearly untrained technicians.

Classic case of fix one thing and leave something else broken. They first charged my mom when I wasn't home $360 to instal a new capacitor,a capacitor costs $60 us labor,it's a battery so it doesn't take 2 hours to install. Second they came because something was wrong two weeks later with the unit so I figured its something they did. They said the gas was low and there was a small leak that needed tightening, smells fishy. So then they said to ""diagnos"" the problem is $600 then to refill the unit with gas would cost $800, THIEFS! I had a neighbor take a look and he refilled the freon for $150. I would never recommend them and they should be reported for screwing people over who don't have enough knowledge about AC repair.

I should have read the previous review before I called with my problem. It turned out to be a $500 job. But the dishonest part is that the plumber created a situation with the washing machine that would require me to call him back. They would not come unless I paid $200. Unconscionable!! Beware of Craig's. They will get you one way or another.

Craig's Plumbing and Heating are dishonest with their bills. If your building calls them for a repair watch out because you are going to get overcharged.

My building called them due to a leak that was happening in my apt that was dripping into the basement below. It took them 30 minutes to find the leak and 15 min to fix the leak and then got a bill from my management for 5 hours of labor and 4 times the amount of a few simple supplies. Before I knew anything had happened i was being charged 800 dollars for a small pin hole leak in a pvc pipe.

I have since brought in 2 other professional plumbers to get their opinions and was quoted around $125-150 to find and fix the same leak. They both confirmed that I was being completely overcharged and that something fishy was going on behind the scenes.

I tried calling the company many times and they refuse to take calls from me to discuss the matter and just have someone taking messages but never call back.

Avoid at all costs.
