Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I was new to the area and after a few calls to other hvac companies I was lucky enough to find Craig Terry. He installed my new HVAC the day after it arrived at a price that made other companies pretty much look like the only thing they cared about was your money. Craig made every effort to make you feel he was there for you. He and his wife will always be welcome at my house.
