Had the hot water heater go out today and even though he and is crew had already spent the day on a job in Carpinteria he came by and took care of the problem and about an hour and a half later replaced the heater. 10 years ago Craig Stone installed plumbing in a large addition and remodel on our home. Their work is the finest and after we worked the initial bugs out of the system, we haven't had a problem since. 10 years! I'm calling them today to get an estimate for an instant hot water heater - I know they are expensive, but worth the quality and service.

Just had our washing machine shut off valve replaced and ended up with UPSIDE-DOWN fitted valves...foil covering openings left in the outlet box AND our drywall cut in several different places!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the workmanship is GOOD QUALITY WORK than what it looks like!!! I give them ZERO STARS!! I HAD TO CLICK ONE STAR TO POST BUT IT SHOULD BE A ZERO!!!!!!

Craig Stone acted in a manner that was meant to get the maximum money out of a simple plumbing job. He sent over a guy that was so slow that other workers were laughing at him. He estimated 1 day, and it took 4 days. At $99 per hour. When I negotiated down the price by just a few hours, he completely lost it and never acted civilly again, even though he was paid timely and in cash. We then called him up for a warrnaty visit on a leaky refrigerator water line he installed, and they tried to charge $125 for telling us that there was nothing wrong.
