We recently completed a major remodel of our Incline Village vacation home. The process took twice as long as expected, and cost twice as much as planned. What else is new?
Craig was called in after the first plumber failed on the job. That's not a great place to start on a job. Craig did great work, helped recover from several prior errors and finished the job to our complete satisfaction.
I was very impressed with how tidy the copper plumbing was in the radiant heat equipment room. Everything was neat and very well done. Of course the system also works well.

He brought our 3 new water-saving toilets from the showroom, and installed them quickly and professionally. When two of the toilets were seen to have defective internals, he returned later to work with the vendor to resolve the issue (slight running), by adjusting one and replacing the internals of the other which he obtained from the vendor. By this, he showed diligence in making the job ""right"" even though the vendor was responsible for the variance. I would highly recommend him on this basis.

Craig responded to me right away and was able to send one of his crew members out quickly vs several weeks as other companies had told me. One of Craig's men, Brad, showed up on time in a snow storm and got everything fixed up quickly. Very professional service.
