I came to our vacation home in Havasu late Thursday night. I turned water on to the house and as I turned valve on, the whole thing broke off in my hand. I called Craig plumbing that night and spoke with plumber on call. I decided the problem didn't warrant an emergency call out and just decided to call office at 8:00am. Well before 8:00am next day I got a call from Morrie. He said they could have someone out by 9:00. Before 9:00 the plumber was at my house. He had to turn water off to entire complex! Within an hour I was back in water and so was the complex. I highly recommend Craig Plumbing!!

Called Craig Plumbing at 12:30 pm today to fix a leaky water pipe in our attic. They said Morrie could come out between 3-4 pm today. He was early (a good thing!) and promptly fixed our issue. Very reasonable price also. Yay Craig Plumbing!!

Called Craig Plumbing this morning to get an estimate for installing a pressure regulator and shut-off valve at my Laughlin home. The price was good and we scheduled the installation. Josh, the plumber, arrived promptly. We talked about the project and he went to work. He was well organized, neat and professional. The piping joints he completed were beautiful. I was really happy with the final results and price. Nice job !

Had my water heater fail and my current plumber didn't want to help me for two weeks. I called Craig their response time was less than 72 hours. Randy was amazing on install and follow up. Needless to say I fired my old plumber and now will use Craig.

Unfortantly they fixed the wrong main pipe that did not have a leak it ended up being in the wall where the main enters the home 1000k later Van Rooy can out and had it fixed in an hr ... the plumber was a great guy just think he was giving the wrong advice on what to fix ...

I called Craig plumbing to do an exchange of a Rinnai Tankless water heater that I had for 14 years. Randy was sent out to do the job, and I can not thank him or Craig Plumbing enough for the great service that I received. When the work was completed so was the work area left clean. The installation top notch. .Thank you I will use them again.
