Excellent service. I felt they went above and beyond to get the job done. They arrived with all the equipment needed(not excuses). Craig plumbing was the second plumbing company to come out the try to fix the situation - clogged drain from the house to the city sewer lines caused by root growth. They even came out and got the job done on a big holiday weekend. The technician worked for 2 1/2 hours in 100 degree heat. We will definately use Craig Plumbing again. I cannot thank them enough. I believe the technicians name was Braxton. Sorry if I got the name wrong.

Yesterday we got to our house in BHC. Unloaded, turned on the water and left for a few hours. When we got home around noon we discovered a broken water pipe under our mobile called a local plumber we used to use; no luck. Called Craig Plumbing. A half our later he was here. Thirty minutes later the problem was fixed. Great job Arlee. We know who to call now.

Called these guys late Saturday afternoon, and Adrial came out within an hour. Fixed a problem that was not even an emergency and price was fair! If you need a plumber, this company is it. In Havasu there are so many bad service companies, this was an awesome experience! They are on our permanent service list. He also gave great advice on shutting water off when leaving town. Adrial really knows his stuff!

Frank is the best!! Today(4/6/2023) he is completing the rough portion of our master bathroom remodel which includes shower drain repositioning and a handful of re-piping areas for the shower and future vanity sink. We, originally had started this master bathroom remodel project with another company who completely messed things up(they were doing it all including the plumbing) and we had to let the person go as well as losing some deposit we had already paid. In addition we had to re-demo a bunch causing us to order more tile. Thankfully, we found Craig Plumbing; Frank is extremely knowledgable and efficient. We had met Frank of Craig's Plumbing last year as he helped us with our rental home also. Craig plumbing prices are very fair. We are looking forward to the next round with Frank on the final finish visit. Thank you Frank for helping us on this long-awaited project; we have peace of mind and can sleep a little better now. I am sure everyone at Craig plumbing is great and we highly recommend them.

Josh from Craig plumbing was a welcome surprise! He showed up right on time and was ready to go to work. His uniform was clean and he had a great attitude. Being a retired plumber it doesn't take long to tell if the workman knows his business and Josh was no stranger to the task at hand. He got the job done in a very timely manner and with professional results.

I recently purchased a lovely one bedroom/one bath secondary home and condo in lake Havasu City when the unimaginable happened. A hot water copper pipe began leaking! Fortunately, we were there when it happened, another reason to cut off the water when the place is unoccupied. New to the area and unfamiliar with contractors in Lake Havasu, Craig, an employee with Craig's Plumbing, was able to arrive at my condo very quickly to find the leak's source. He explained that these condos, built in the 1990s had copper piping running through the slab on the floor. He proposed reconstructing new and more durable pipes overhead. This meant cutting out the drywall and running the pipe system through the ceiling. This issue was solved! Craig was great to work with! He thoroughly explained the procedure each step of the way. Yes, I did have an inspection before I purchased this condo, but the inspection won't detect a pipe on the verge of leaking unless that space is opened up. Now I have a very experienced plumber to add to my list of contractors!
