Unfortantly they fixed the wrong main pipe that did not have a leak it ended up being in the wall where the main enters the home 1000k later Van Rooy can out and had it fixed in an hr ... the plumber was a great guy just think he was giving the wrong advice on what to fix ...

I called Craig plumbing to do an exchange of a Rinnai Tankless water heater that I had for 14 years. Randy was sent out to do the job, and I can not thank him or Craig Plumbing enough for the great service that I received. When the work was completed so was the work area left clean. Had toilet handle break over weekend. I put new one on and toilet was having hard time flushing. They came out while I was at work. The gentleman than gave my widowed mother a hard time telling her that our toilets are bad because parts are hard to get. Now we have to call another plumber because our toilet is now wasting water by running off and on. When mother called about that he blamed once again our toilet. We have always gotten parts at Lowes or Home Depot as they know what they are doing. My husband is out of town for a month. That is why we called.

If I could give Paul (Craig Plumbing) 10 stars, I definitely would! Paul came to my Golden Valley home to clear a clogged drain and troubleshoot the ""bubbling toilet"" and discovered a second clog that would have caused me an endless amount of trouble and money! In my humble opinion, Paul's thoroughness and determination derailed a potentially larger problem (master bath flood into master bedroom resulting in ruined floor, furniture, drywall, etc.) - not to mention dealing with the insurance company. And not any less important and appreciated was Paul's professionalism, prompt arrival time, knowledge, and advice on how to avoid possible future problems (we are on city water but private septic--virgin territory, if you will).
