Communication and customer service are terrible. I had Craig Plumbing come out to our rental property and requested multiple times that the team call or text me before performing any work. I wanted to know the work being completed and how much it would cost before proceeding. I followed up with Jim 3x that morning but never heard back. The next thing I know, I receive an invoice for $195 just to replace a hose bib. Our tenant told us that the plumber was there for 5 mins. I would have never proceeded with the work if I knew how much a 5 min job would cost. I am not one to complain often, but was so disappointed by the lack of communication and overall experience.

Lamont showed up in a timely manner even after being called last minute. He was very respectful of our home from start to finish. He talked us through the whole process and assisted with the process to get the city out in a timely manner as well. He cleaned up the areas that were flooded with sanitation cleaners which saved us a run to the store as well. We definitely recommend Lamont, respectful, efficient, and knows his stuff! Ask for Lamont!

We just moved into a new house and a pipe burst. Lamont was absolutely amazing! He took many videos to explain what he was doing and why and it really showcased the quality of work. I was able to message my husband with the videos which made him feel confident that the job was done right. The price was incredibly less expensive than we were expecting and the quality of care was the best service. We highly recommend this company and Lamont!

Called Craig Plumbing to cap off a back flow preventer, received invoice, was told by Tammy in office that everything was completed as well as city inspected. I have paid them and now find out that the job is not completed and they have left long two poles sticking out of the ground as well as another shorter pole with yellow caution tape. The deep hole was left uncovered and has filled up with water. I have left 3 VM's, sent an email and messaged Jim Craig, owner of company with no response from anyone. This is ridiculous that I have had to waste my time doing this when they should of finished the work. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Called two other plumbers, Craig's Plumbing was the first and only one to call back and I'm glad they did! They sent out their tech named Lamont who got there on time, took a look at the problem and explained what had to be replaced and what supplies he needed from the shop. He left and shared his location since they are officially on the clock and came back and went to work. He did the work in a fair amount of time, sent me bill which was 120$ less per hour than the plumbers we had fix our tub spout in October last year and we are truly blessed and grateful we have a new plumber for the next plumbing project life throws at us !!! Thanks again Lamont and may God continue to supply you and your family!

I was unable to undue rusted bolts needed to repair my toilet. A reliable source recommended Craig Plumbing, and what a great choice!
The owner, Jim Craig, reviewed options and prices. He asked about the room to make recommendations. I chose from round or oval, flushing options, and height of the seat. He offered honest opinions about sales gimmicks like flushing billiard balls. I felt like he knew what he was doing and we made an appointment.
He arrived when scheduled and did a fantastic job at a fair price. I highly recommend Jim Craig of Craig Plumbing as an awesome reliable plumber and really good guy!
