Plumbing for Homes and Businesses
For nearly four decades, we have been the preferred option for contractors, homeowners, and businesses needing prompt and professional plumbing solutions for a wide range of projects. Although numerous companies make bold claims, why should you select us?
First, we are always ready to provide references...and plenty of them. Furthermore, we suggest you look into our reputation, ask around, or verify with the Contractors Board in any state where we are licensed...after nearly three decades, we have a perfect record with 0 (zero) complaints across these states. That’s impressive considering we’ve handled thousands of projects.
We are a family-owned business, with most of our team members having been here for over a decade! Indeed, Darin and Cathy Craig, who established the business in 1983, remain on-site, managing daily activities. The accountability rests with us!

Emmanuel A.Make sure you ask for minimum labor fees/charge. Called due to a leak outside from the main water pipe coming up from the ground into the house- no digging required. He cut the pipe, slipped in two couplings and a 12"" pvc pipe boom was done in like 25minues. I ended up paying $205.36 and that was including a $25.00 coupon. ""Why so expensive?"" I asked, ""well there was a $45 service call and there is a minimum 2 hr labor charge"" so that's about $90/hr.
Attn! Darren Craig.
I replaced my water heater with your Co. approximately 10 months ago.
Last week I noticed SEVERE corrosion around the flex lines and immediately called your office to explain my situation. I was transferred to this idiot who proceeded to argue with me that the worker would have replaced the lines if needed at installation. I had to call another plumber and he couldn't believe your Co. would not stand behind their work. He also stated this corrosion took a lot longer than 10 mos. to build up! Great customer service! I have saved the flex lines for your review if interested.

Michael H.I had Craig plumbing install a water softener and RO system 3 days after moving to Lake Havasu. Later that same day my sewer line was backed up and I had standing water in the showers. Morie from Craig plumbing sent someone out to clear the blockage. It ended up being a bigger issue then expected and could have been very expensive. The final price didn't reflect the amount of work done. In my opinion Craig plumbing is a business with integrity and I would recommend them!! I'd also like to thank Morie, Al and Jim from Tiger Trenching
Dealing with plumbing issues from out of state, as my wife and I do with our Lake Havasu City, AZ rental property, can be a challenge. Thankfully, in LHC there's Craig Plumbing. Our home warranty company was giving us the run-around on a broken down waste disposal as our tenant patiently waited out the process. Today I learned that Morrie at Craig Plumbing took the bull by the horns, getting proactive, and got the warranty company to replace the unit. Thanks, Craig Plumbing and thanks, Morrie!
Last night, as I was cleaning my home for out-of-town company, my toilet started leaking A LOT. I was able to get the water off; then, I called Craig Plumbing at 7:30 am this morning. Morrie said they were busy, but Jason would come to my home this afternoon. Jason was busy, but Paul arrive at my home after completing a late afternoon service call a long distance from my home. Paul was polite and changed the toilet supply lines in both toilets for me. I appreciate doing business with a company that values its customers and hires polite, competent employees.
My homeowners warranty company sent Craigs over to fix a gas leak and they broke my gas line at the street and want $1800 to fix it My gas is tagged out and I had no gas leak outside before these idiots came over.
On Nov 22, I went to Craig Plumbing in need of a commode, I made the purchase for $320.50 with installation the following day. The technician installed the commode and told my son he had to install a different shut off valve. He then charged $50. to install a $5.00 valve he had in his truck. I could understand this charge was for him making a special trip. This is one reason I will use a different plumber for all future needs.
Clay M.We called Craig's Pluming for service on 2/10/16 and the technician Steve came to our assistance. We had a blockage in our sewer line. Steve ran a 3/8 cable down the sewer line in the laundry 75 feet. He then ran it twice 60 feet down the roof vent. He said that he pulled back roots and the this would take care of our problem for a week or so until he called out a back hoe to dig up the sewer line to put in a clean out. Steve left at this point. The estimate was $225 cash and we had to pay and extra of $30 for going through the laundry drain total was $255 he had no change so he ended up with $260 cash.
Then two flushes later the bathroom was flooded and the water spreading to the rest of the house. The following day we went to harbor freight and bought a power snake. Then we ran it down the sewer pipe one time and the sewer has been draining correctly ever since.
Last night we discovered that the bathroom ceiling was filling up with water. Upon further investigation the A/C drain that was removed from the roof vent so the technician could run the cable down and try to clear the sewer was not replaced properly and it was sitting next to the vent on the roof. I have placed it back to drain down the vent.
Please be sure that people are not trying to take advantage of you before you agree to dig up you main sewer line, or cause water damage to your house.
Thank you for your time and beware.
Craig's pluming has corrected the problem with the ceiling and replaced and repainted the damage drywall.

Jennifer C.Excellent service. I felt they went above and beyond to get the job done. They arrived with all the equipment needed(not excuses). Craig plumbing was the second plumbing company to come out the try to fix the situation - clogged drain from the house to the city sewer lines caused by root growth. They even came out and got the job done on a big holiday weekend. The technician worked for 2 1/2 hours in 100 degree heat. We will definately use Craig Plumbing again. I cannot thank them enough. I believe the technicians name was Braxton. Sorry if I got the name wrong.
Gary H.Yesterday we got to our house in BHC. Unloaded, turned on the water and left for a few hours. When we got home around noon we discovered a broken water pipe under our mobile called a local plumber we used to use; no luck. Called Craig Plumbing. A half our later he was here. Thirty minutes later the problem was fixed. Great job Arlee. We know who to call now.
