EXCELENT!!!! absolutely the best plumbing company I've ever seen in my 55 years!! We have a vacation house in town and needed a kitchen faucet replaced and all the ancient plumbing under the sink ripped out and rebuilt, also needed a splitter put in to feed water to the fridge and needed a ball valve replaced in the back yard that wasn't shutting off properly when turned off due to the calcium & hardness of the water in Arizona. I called NUMEROUS companies and couldn't believe the amount of flakes out there that wouldn't even return a call and then the ones that did happen to show up acted like I was asking them to rebuild the space shuttle and just couldn't do this simple job.. I was getting to the end of my rope and figuring I'd just have to take some time off work drive into town for a couple days and do this job myself since we don't actually live there 24/7 but luckily I ran across Craig plumbing, I called and asked if they serviced my part of the world (which was another problem with other companies that just didn't want to come to Parker AZ). and they said ""Sure no problem we go out there once a week and will get you scheduled up the next time we're out there!! GREAT!!! I asked to have the tech call me when he was almost there so I could tell him where the key was, he called & I explained to him how to get into the home and where the fixtures were that I wanted installed, He then did the job, sent pictures to my phone, locked the home back up, put the key back in its hiding spot and explained to me that he couldn't fix the ball valve in the back yard because the main water shut off wasn't working properly so It wouldn't allow him to cut and weld on the new ball valve so I had to call the city to fix their valve in the street, The next day the city fixed their valve so I texted Craig to let him know he could come back out whenever it was convenient to do the other ball valve on the house, He responded and said he'd be happy to get me scheduled up the next time he was in Parker which he did and called me a few days later telling me he was all finished and was ready for payment!! I've SERIOUSLY NEVER in my life dealt with such a professional individual as Craig @ Craig plumbing and would refer him to anyone that needs something done, I wasn't nervous at all about leaving a key for them either with how professional they were over the phone & told me that they have a lot of customers that do this. Great service. Great work. Cleaned up after themselves & treated our home like it was there own. 1 too 10 they get a ""20"". Will definitely use them again if I ever need something done again. Great job Craig & thank you very much. Lifelong customer here!!

We had some roof work done and due to no fault of the roofer, ended up with a leak in our wall. Tried multiple plumbers during the day with no success. Finally got in touch with Craig Plumbing and they said as soon as they had someone free they would be here. Two hours later...Frank Mason from Craig Plumbing was at our door...mind you, we had to turn off the water from 9am till when Frank arrived...so we were definitely ready to be done! Frank diagnosed the problem immediately as a nail through a mis-laid water line (roofer would have NEVER known) and fixed it within an hour. Price was reasonable and his service was wonderful...relatively clean considering he had to saw a hole in our bathroom ceiling, but we now have water and the leak is no more!
