I recently had Craig over to replace a leaking shower and to patch drywall that also needed replacing and couldn't have been happier with his work. There are lots of great things to say about Craig, but here are the top few that come to mind.

1) Fair pricing (came in lower than what another company said they would do the work for).

2) Easy to communicate with. Shows up when he says he will (masked and gloved) and makes sure the work is done to your liking.

3) Craig does the work and is running the company. You don't call him and get a dispatcher who sends someone out trying to upsell you for commission on top of the $15/hr he/she is getting to do house calls.

If there is a problem with the work (which there won't be), Craig comes back, knows the problem and can fix it. He does good work because he is the one who has to deal with customers and it is his name on the truck - which I appreciate.

4) Craig is also a GC, so if there is something that needs to be fixed as a result of the plumbing (or vice versa), he can do it without having to call someone else.

In short, Craig did a great job and I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing or construction work.

We are renovating our house and doing most of the work ourselves- but I don't fancy doing plumbing myself. Craig and his partner Marcos are really great! Craig is kind, accessible, and seems to actually care about our project almost as much as we do. He worked with our less-than-ideal DIY timeline, and we have since called him back twice as we find new ""surprises"" with the decades of old plumbing in this house. He seems to be a genuinely good guy who we will continue to call when we need a plumber.

Craig is the man! I cannot recommended him enough. I was in the middle of a bathroom vanity swap and my drain and water lines needed to be moved. I found Craig through a fellow neighbor and it was probably the best find I've had since living in Los Angeles. He answered my call and was at my door a few hours later. Craig gave me a reasonable, honest price and started a two-day job on the spot. He cut open the wall, re-routed the lines, closed up the wall and installed the new vanity. All in a few hours notice. Amazing, fast and friendly service. Craig is a pro!! Showed up Sunday... yes Sunday AM... and replaced a sink, trap and very old clean-out line under my house.
