When my wife and I decided to renovate a bathroom we met with 5 different contractors before deciding to work with Craig. Most of the contractors we met with gave us intense sales pitches including family pictures, religious affirmations and blatant sales tactics. Craig was a straight shooter. A pipe under a concrete slab was broken and had to be changed. Craig found a way around the slab to change the necessary pipes and also saving us money. He's a great communicator. The job was finished in one day, professionally done and he's the nicest plumber we've met since moving to Woodland Hills. Craig is totally 5 stars (thumbs) all the way!!

Well, Craig Korin just left my house after replacing my kitchen faucet and shower fixtures as well as charging me less than the quoted price. I have just met my ""forever"" plumber, and not at all because his price was beyond fair but because he really knows his stuff. He explained to me in terms that I understood, why my old fixtures needed to be replaced and that fixing them instead would be more costly and more time consuming and in a few months would need replacing anyway.

He was thorough, got rid of all the old parts, and cleaned up completely. He was an ""old school"" professional who took pride in his work and it showed.

Not only will I call Craig for any future plumbing issues, but if I ever decide to do any renovations he will be the contractor that I call. Totally trustworthy!!!

We reached out to Craig for help turning a shower into a tub. He was willing to respect the scope of our project. Other contractors we spoke to insisted on redoing the entire bathroom instead of just the tub/shower area. As a result, his quote was much more reasonable. He never pressured us into doing more work on the bathroom. He is very communicative and you can tell he genuinely loves this work and wants to help people get exactly what they want. He likes to share his knowledge and is never condescending even though he is an expert. His team shows up on time and works on the weekend even though this project was mostly completed over the holidays. They are quick, but the quality does not suffer because of it. Craig goes above and beyond with recommended vendors, and he wants to do things the right way.

We had just moved into a new home and had renovations done when I noticed a pretty big issue. The water from our sink was running out onto the side of the house through the cleanout. I called around to quite a few people until I found Craig who was very upfront about what he thought it could be and what the options and costs could be. He charged me nothing to come take a look, and he was so honest and went beyond to help me (even helped me move my W/D around) that I also hired him to take care of another issue right on the spot. That issue, which was changing out a water pressure regulator through the main line, ended up being complicated. He figured out a way to fix it and get the job done. His prices are more than fair and he is very helpful and friendly, not pushy or abrasive. For a new homeowner, these qualities are priceless. If you're scared of being price gouged and getting the run around, call him. You'll be glad you did.
