We have an old house and the pipe under the kitchen sink sprung a leak. Called Craig on a Sunday and he was very quick to respond, and came out the following day. He was very nice, identified the problem and gave us a reasonable quote.

He had to open up a wall, replaced the corroded piece and patched up the wall beautifully, it's nearly impossible to see the difference. Best of all he's super honest and charged us less than the estimate because the damage wasn't as extensive as previously thought.

If you want great communication and professional work, call Craig. I know changing the faucet is really not a big deal but in those little things that you can see if the person will do a good job in huge projects and I will definitely call Craig with my plumbing needs. He changed the faucet, change the soap dispenser, transferred the remaining soap from the old dispenser to the new, caulk what's needing caulking, cleaned up after his work. All in all I am very happy and satisfied with his work ethic and I would recommend him to friends. A++++

Renovating your bathroom is no small undertaking. In fact, it can be downright confusing, complicated, stressful and overwhelming... not to mention expensive. That's why it's so important you have a contractor who not only knows what they're doing, but one who values communication- and that's Craig.

We hired Craig to renovate 2 bathrooms in our historic home. After living here for several years, it was time. We recently had a baby and were able to stay with family to avoid the mess and noise of construction - and upon meeting Craig I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could trust him with my home. I'm so glad I trusted my gut- all the positive reviews here are true and then some! Not only does Craig get the job done beautifully, on time and budget- but he truly loves what he does, and that comes through in the work.

Though we were out of state for the few weeks the work was done (yes, I said WEEKS- other folks said this job could take up to 2 months, but we were home and showering in our permitted bathrooms in 3 weeks), Craig called and FaceTimed multiple times every day- I never felt as though I was unsure of what was going on with my house or how the project was unfolding. Things went so smoothly I kept finding little jobs his team could do while there- wound up re-tiling our laundry room, getting a new laundry room sink and resurfacing our fireplace.

His pricing is more than fair- but what you get with Craig is worth so much more than any money can buy- you get as seamless a process as possible and a job done by someone you can trust to care as much about your home as you do.

Not only is everyone impressed with how our bathrooms turned out, (hello precise and perfect tile work), but no one I know who has ever had work done can believe how incredible our relationship with our contractor was. Hire Craig, you won't regret it.

Craig was recommended to us then hired to renovate our master bedroom and 2 smaller wash rooms in which one he added a shower after meticulous planning and sheer creativity. during the construction we had to stay in which turned out to be bearable and spirit lifting even. the crew and Craig all did an accurate, clean, super professional job throughout all the house. they all rang my bell at 6am sharp, and ended up finishing the renovation entirely a day earlier to than planned. they cleaned after themselves daily, and handled our belongings and home with care and respect. highly recommended. super pros

Have used Craig in the past and have to say we are less than impressed. We called him last Friday because the hot water valve under our kitchen sink broke off and it has caused us to not have water now for 3 days.

He told us he would be able to swing by Saturday, which turned into him telling us he could do it Sunday. And now absolutely no response from him.

If you value timely repairs and workers that stick to a timeline i would not call Craig.

I needed a simple old bathroom remodel and I'm really glad I chose Craig! I was really nervous about the whole thing but his gentle and confident nature made me feel better. There were a few problems here and there that I thought would turn into big $$$$ issues, and maybe with less reputable contractors they would have turned into extra costs, but Craig just smiled and said he'd figure it out and he did! He made sure at the end of every day that I was happy with how things were going and how the crew left the house. I really love my new bathroom and look forward to hiring Craig again in the future.

Craig Korin is super reliable/trustworthy, does great work in a timely manner, professional and neat. Unlike most contractors we have met he shoots you straight without any extra ""fluff"" , no surprises or outrageous upcharges. He is a certified plumber and GC and a great resource if you need a consultant. We hired Craig and his team to help with a plumbing project but will definitely use him for all future renovations. He made sure we were satisfied with everything before leaving and even followed up with a list of vendors he works with for the future.

Called last week to schedule an in home estimate for today. Spoke with Sharon. Appointment was for 9:00 AM. Called the office at 9:30 to see what the hold up was. Sharon answered and said ""he's stuck across town, can we reschedule?"" Ummm, you couldn't call me earlier?? Why did I have to call you to hunt him down? No, I'm not rescheduling.

Let me start by saying that Craig is an incredibly kind and caring person who wants to goes out of his way to make sure his customer is happy and taken care of. We are impressed and so pleased with the bathroom remodel he did for us. We had a small budget, and he worked with us to figure out solutions for getting what we wanted/needed in the most cost-effective way. He was great about checking in with us and making sure we were aware of the things he was doing and his timeline. Overall, we could not be happier with the bathroom and all the work Craig did. I would (and did) recommend him to my family and friends.

We recently had a few trees removed and unfortunately the main waterline was hit during the process creating a fantastic Bellagio fountain in the front yard. A neighbour recommended Craig and within 10 minutes he was on our door step ready to help. He worked quickly and efficiently so everyone could continue removing the trees. He could have charged us a very large amount for the emergency service but did not and we will forever be grateful for that. Since then he's done a few smaller jobs around the house such as removing an ancient water softening system and adding a spigot in the back. His work is neat and clean after the job. He's always wearing PPE and respectful of our space. Craig is such a hard worker and one of the nicest people we've met. He is kind, honest and very fair in his pricing. Don't go anywhere else, just hire Craig. You won't regret it!
