Had a plumber sent out by my home warranty company that told me he couldn't do the job that day and that it would require cutting a big section of flooring out to repair the damaged line. Unsatisfied with this response, I called Craig Johnson on a personal recommendation, they sent someone out 2 days later, (I think his name was Don?) and he replaced the damaged line in less than an hour, gave me tips and minor fixits on several other small plumbing issues around the house free of charge. Very professional, friendly and competent!

The plumber came at the same time 9:15 a.m., as another worker so my attention was split. However, When Casey?, the plumber came to me, told me the slightly leaking sink had disintegrated and the only replacement part he had with him was a cheap looking chrome unit. He said he could get one to match the oil rubbed / brushed bronze and could bring it back in the afternoon. I informed him I was required to go to Auburn but would be home no later than 2:30 p.m. I also told him I wanted to see and have the old/ destroyed parts. I was back home by 2:15 p.m. and called his office, as he did not leave me a direct contact number. Bottom line... we did not connect, yet I was informed they called multiple times (my phones only showed 2 calls coming in, although I called out 4 times. I was told they could not come back until the 29th! I again asked for the old parts when they came back. They called early a.m. 6/25/21 to come right then. No old parts! However, what they installed looked exactly like what they took out... no packaging, no invoices and certainly not in oil rubbed bronze. Cayce informed me they were no longer manufactured... yet I find them for around $30 online for Home Depot, Lowes, etc. I was charged $275 for what looks to be my old shiny brass pop-up assembly. Nothing itemized on invoice. Say WHAT? Warning to potential customers... BE AWARE

I own a vacation rental house in Grass Valley and over the Labor Day holiday weekend our water heater sprung a leak. The guests cleaned up the flood in the laundry room and went elsewhere for showers the next morning. In the meantime we had called Craig Johnson Plumbing. Someone answered the phone on Saturday even earlier than it was to be answered, came to the house promptly, then spent a couple of hours traveling to Auburn to find the right water heater --- which they installed by end of the day.
I could not ask for better service.

On top of that Craig was very patient in answering the 20 questions I had over the phone and their plumber (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) did an excellent job with the installation.
