Sorry but having a plumber coming out 3 times to fix various items and then leaving suddenly and not fixing items is not acceptable. I have a dishwasher installed but now needing to be leveled and angled properly. I have no water in a half bath sink (for several weeks because I was told the part needed to be ordered and no one ever followed up with us) and it was never fixed during the 2nd visit. A pressure reduced value was installed outside that has a slow leak. Not feeling good about their service and knowledge level.

I needed a gas line run to replace my electric cooktop with a gas unit. Casey and Connor from Craig Johnson plumbing came over to install the line and also install the cooktop. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and did an excellent job.

Also had a great conversation with Craig when he came to estimate the job. I've used CJ Plumbing before, and if I have another plumbing issue, they'll be the people I call.

Charged more than 3 times retail for my parts to fix a leaky bathroom sink faucet... and $165 for the first hour. I will shop better next time and/or buy parts in advance. I don't know if $165 has become standard but I don't remember paying that much before. When I asked Craig if his men correctly charged me $50 for the parts available at the hardware store for $14.98 he said yes the charge was correct, but he reduced the charge to $30. I needed 3 of the parts so $90 is still a lot for parts I could buy for half that. On the positive side, the sink does not link anymore.

We wanted to install a natural gas line in our crawl space for an outdoor bbq. We contacted five plumbing contractors and only two responded. Craig Johnson came out the next day, was the best bidder and installed the gas line two days later with a shutoff and quick connect. They made sure all natural gas appliances would operate properly after turning the gas back on.

My only complaint was their price - the courteous employee snaked a plugged toilet, was here maybe 15 minutes, and the charge was $165!! I think that is especially high given the service. I have been charged $95 by another plumbing service which unfortunately was not available. I am headed to Ferguson's to buy my own snake - for under $100!
