I called Craftsman because I was worried about the age of my water heater and was considering replacing it. A friend had used Craftsman when she had a similar issue and she had had a positive experience with them. Monty was the plumber who showed up, and I can't say enough good things about the service he provided. Monty was professional, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I was relieved when he told me the water heater was still in good condition, and I just needed to keep on eye on it. Before I called Craftsman, I had also received a postcard in the mail offering a free plumbing inspection and a discount on any repairs made. Since I live in an older home, I thought it was a good idea to have that done. When the inspection was complete, Monty again gave me good news! He said the plumbing was actually in good shape. He did find a leak in the crawlspace from the toilet, so I had that repaired, and Monty repaired it quickly and efficiently. He also left my bathroom cleaner than when he found it! One more thing about Monty: He communicates well. On the postcard I received from Craftsman, they said their plumbers don't ""mansplain."" I really appreciated that, and it is true. Monty answered all of my questions without any condescension. After my service with Monty and Craftsman, my mind was put at ease. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am telling you- I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I keep messing stuff up (if I own it I should be able to fix it!) and Garrett gets things figured out while still giving me all the tricks for taking care of things in the future. The integrity and positivity of everyone from scheduling to billing is above standard at every turn and they always try to give me the best advice for my budget. Craftsman Plumbing feels like your ol' neighborhood plumber buddy that is just happy to help you out of a jam.

Monty came by our recently purchased house today and helped us fix some sluggish bathroom drains we've had since day 1. Then he did an incredibly thorough inspection of all our plumbing to give us a good sense of other current issues and things to monitor. This will be critical information for us as we live in our ~70 year old home. We'll definitely be hiring them again when we're ready to replace our kitchen sink and hot water heater.

Dusty and his team helped put in the full tankless water heater system throughout the house. This was for both domestic water and under floor heating. After some initial issues with the system, which is to be expected and which they did come out to fix, the system worked well. 6 years after the installation the system stopped producing hot water. I called Craftsman to come and take a look to determine what was wrong. They charged me 70$ just to show up on site and look at it. Then, when they couldn't figure it out, their flat fee system said that it would cost 600$ more to simply CALL THE MANUFACTURER TO TROUBLE SHOOT IT. I would have thought this was part of the initial visit and diagnosing it. However, a phone call was just too far for them. I feel very nickel and dimed at this point. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless they have VERY deep pockets.

Craftsman Plumbing installed a kitchen faucet in my downtown condo in Seattle in December 2023. THE COST WAS $950 AND I PROVIDED THE FAUCET! The technician did a good job. However, he took 3 hours to complete the project that included looking at a bathroom drain and shower handle. He realigned the shower handle but otherwise only installed the kitchen faucet. He showed me a cost list which the company does not provide until they are on site.

I hired Craftsman Plumbing to remove and replace my old galvanized water piping in the walls and crawlspace of my home. Michael and Drew did a fantastic job! The price was just slightly higher than my second quote and lower than the third. What really convinced me to move forward with Craftsman Plumbing was the warranty provided on the new piping. Great service and plumbing outcomes! Craftsman's team knew all about our newer style tankless water heater and its unique maintenance needs. They also helped with a toilet that had been installed incorrectly when our new townhome had been constructed. The team is up to date on new plumbing designs put into Seattle area townhomes, making them so much easier to work with than our prior plumbers!
