Cannot recommend Craftsman Plumbing enough!! We had an emergency plumbing issue, and they were so quick and helpful. Someone came out first thing the next morning, fixed the problem, and charged us a very reasonable amount of money. You will not regret calling Craftsman Plumbing.

My house was under contract and I needed a plumber quote and the work done soon. I called several area recognizable plumbers in the StL metro area and so many require a fee just for a quote. Many of them don't apply that fee to your service if you choose them. Craftsman was so quick to respond and to get to my home for a FREE estimate. That and their estimate came in a lot lower than the average quote and 1600 cheaper than the highest quote. Their solution was exactly what needed to be done and no more (unlike the other guy who suggested I would have to dig into my concrete floor and replace basement floor to replace a kitchen drain stack). Dawon was awesome to work with. Friendly, honest, on time, good communicator. He was able to fit me in his schedule 2 days from his original visit. I was so thankful for an honest, quick, reasonably priced solution. Thanks for making this part of my selling and moving process so easy! I would recommend Dawon to anyone!

I hired them to install a residential water heater $1500. It took the them three trips after three failed inspections to get this to pass county codes. I spent hours of my time calling, waiting, scheduling re-inspections, meeting inspectors and plumber missing work while they try to get a standard water heater to pass code. I asked for some consideration with the bill for all my wasted time and missed work, hours of my time wasted, 100% their fault.
Their time is obviously way more valuable then mine, no discount for wasting my time. I withheld $100 off the final invoice, 30 days later they just threatened me with a $100 lien on my house.

We are so grateful that Nathan came out today. We had a problem with our bathtub faucet leaking. He was willing/able to come out the day we called, he was honest about our problem and gave us great advice on how to proceed, and he wore a mask which we really appreciated. We look forward to having him here again to work on updating our bathrooms! A very pleasant man to have in your home!

I went with them even-though the quote was high since work was urgent. Well, I had to get a second plumber to come in and fix Craftman's work because it did not meet the code. Front desk (Cici) is also not very friendly to deal with.

We had contacted several Contractors, Plumbers, etc... We contacted Craftsman Plumbing, and Nathan came by on the 20th of January. He took a look at the Half-Bathroom and gave us a ballpark estimate due to the possible problems that arise from a bathroom that's at least 35 years old or more. Very low pressure and gave us a quote for 30 days. My wife had purchased the new Vanity and sink faucet; Nathan furnished the Toilet. He arrived yesterday morning (Monday) and was done in a few hours. Gave us a very fair price and we are extremely happy with his work. Good guy.

Kent came to put un a Vanity for us. We were contacted that he was on the way. He came in and our dogs knew he was a good person right away, he got down and let them kiss on him. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. He cleaned up after the work was done and made sure everything was was working correctly. We couldn't ask for a better company and Kent can't give more stars than 5. I would recommend Craftsman very highly. Thanks

The tech was on-time, friendly and professional. However, I would say to ""shop around for prices"". The part to replace was at most between $15-$20 (a high estimate). The tech was at home for 30 minutes. Cost was $195. Again, great service, but costly!

This company is a joke. They kept me waiting all day (supposed to be here at 10am) only to call me at 4 pm and say they weren't coming but would be coming Monday. Called this morning and was told the plumber called off sick. They only have one plumber??? Avoid this company like the plague!
