Karen H.Crafton did an excellent job. He and his assistant showed up on time and completed the job in only one day. New hot water heater, shut off valve, and copper pipes. His assistant discovered an active termite colony in the crawl space. He used to work for a pest control company so he was familiar with termites and their damage.
The large job came in under the quote because he didn't have to snake two drains. And it was done in one day versus the quoted two days.
