The original star rating was 1 star. Do not use these people they are crooks. When I called the office to schedule a simple job of replacing a toilet. They informed me that there was a $69 charge that would be applied to the cost of the job (forgiven). I asked the girl what the approximate cost of the job would be and she could not tell me. When the serviceman got here he looked at the job and then called the office for the price which was $495. That is ridiculous! I got a quote from another plumber at $120. Beware! I have to update my review on this business. The owner cares about his business reputation (which is commendable). Within 1 hour of my previous post, Brandon the owner was on the phone to find out what the problem was. I have to say that this was great. We discussed the issue and it turns out to be a misunderstanding on our part. Brandon made it right! He sent another technician out to fix the problem. The new technician did a very good job. He was very courteous and did not seem to mind that I was standing over him. The reaction from Brandon tells me that I overreacted with respect to the company. I would recommend this company after Brandon's response to the issue. I would now give the company a 4-star rating. Not 5 because of the issue with the initial technician call and the aggravation.
