Our garbage disposal was leaking and a friend recommended Sevan from HVS. Sevan was great! Gave us a quote in advance, showed up as promised, was responsive, and took care of an unrelated issue along with it. Will definitely use HVS next time I need a plumber!

This company has gone downhill tremendously. Arman was a terrific plumber that we had assist us a few plumbing issues (water heaters, etc.) over the past couple of years. Arman has unfortunately since left HVS Plumbing.

We called the HVS Plumbing to replace a leaking garbage disposal while we were on vacation. Although Arman was no longer available, we agreed anyway thinking that HVS's plumbers would be of consistent quality. We purchased a brand new garbage disposal ahead of time for their plumber to install. We agreed to an initial install price, they later revised their estimate due to an pricing quote error to 150% of the originally agreed install price. We gave the company benefit of the doubt and accepted the new price anyway.

Sev in their office coordinated the repair and the plumber arrived as scheduled. HVS's plumber that came out was extremely rude and stated that the newly purchased garbage disposal was missing the support ring and we would need to use their garbage disposal at a very marked up price. We agreed to get the job done anyway to keep our tenants happy. They advertised their new unit to be bigger/better/etc. (however, they replaced the existing unit with the same model that leaked). When we returned from our vacation, we found that all of the parts of the garbage disposal that we purchased online including support ring were present. After spending hours with them, we were able to get the 'retail' price for their garbage disposal. HVS Pluming did not fully own up to their mistakes.

Bottom line is we received poor service and instead of getting the garbage disposal of our choice installed, we got a replacement of the same model/unit. In addition, we are stuck with an open box return to an online retailer due to HVS Plumbing.

I own a restaurant in Burbank and on occasion our floor drain will clog due to a broken pipe. I have used a couple other Plumming companies but was never happy with the service. I found HVS on yelp and decided to give them a shot. They were honestly so nice. They got to the store quick and snaked the drain on the floor. Pricing and service was 5 stars! I don't usually review places but these guys totally deserved the review! Thanks!

Hardly ever write reviews because to be honest I never care enough to do so unless it's awful or excellent. Glad to say HVS was the later. I had this stupid leak that I tried to fix myself and when that didn't work I decided to call in a professional. Super glad I did! V.j. Came in and repaired what I had done. So thankful! Will call again. :)

Thank you so much!!!!! I obviously no nothing about what the heck was going wrong with my plumbing but HVS came in and got everything working again! I was a hot mess and anxious about the cost and afraid that they would take advantage of my no knowledge and charge me an arm and a leg... But that never happened they were very honest and very reasonable. I will use them again and again.... Thank you for dealing with me! I appreciate you guys so much!!!

I think we experienced every employee HVS has on staff due to the size of our project. We opened a salon in a brand new building that had absolutely no setup for water/drainage. HVS had quite a task making our place shampoo bowl ready, and under a time crunch, made it all happen at a very reasonable, competitive price. We have since used them to fix our old plumbing system at our home, and again, the same great work and service. I highly recommend HVS to anyone, for any plumbing job.

They were really cool. I had to get a water heater swapped out. Arman dragged the old one into his van and took it back to the store to exchange for a new one. He came on Saturday though they are usually closed. Installation was perfect.

One thing i can say about HVS plumbing is that they are rude people and know nothing about customer service...sure they might charge less than other places but that means nothing if they come into your home and disrespect you. they have lost us as a customer...and if they keep up the attitude theyll end up losing more customers. there are plenty of other plumbers available they are not the only ones. i would not do business with them anymore. Neither should you!!
