I had the joy of receiving a knock on my front door yesterday from a city official telling me I had a leak. I knew of CR Plumbing, but hadn't yet used them. So I called to get on their schedule the following week (though they had availability sooner). When I saw water running down the street this morning, I got a little anxious, so I called the office back to reschedule and luckily they fit me in this afternoon. The office personnel were quick, professional, kind, and respectful. Jared and James showed up right as they said they would, giving me 30 minutes notice. I also received email confirmation and a text reminder prior to the appointment. Jared and James were wonderful. They explained every step they took and did not make me feel ignorant, though that would have been warranted. The majority of the leak ended up being on the city's side, but they found a faucet that was leaking and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Where they really went above and beyond was having the patience to humor a couple of curious boys who loved tools and had a lot of questions. Thank you CR Plumbing!

Nick came and he is excellent to work with. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He would have liked to use a camera to see what the inside of the drain looked like, but he was sent out without the small camera that can go into a small pipe.

My only complaint is that when I booked the appointment they told me the minimum trip charge was $95 and that would be applied to the service. But Nick informed me the minimum charge was $200. They should have told me on the front end the minimum charge was $200.

Probably would have still hired them because of their reputation for quality work, but a 15-minute job charging for 2 hours seems a little over the top. That's why I knocked them from 5-star to 4-star.

Great service. Very kind. Great communication. They are staffed very well. What probably impressed me most was the way they have quality control. After the project was complete, they phone into the office and he made them double check some things a second/third time. Lionel was my tech.

Nick and Eric came out to repair a busted water hose pipe. They were on time, friendly, courteous (wore booties when they worked inside), upfront with expected cost, and reviewed the problem and fix clearly. All of this was completed very efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. They are definitely on my list for all future plumbing issues!

Called to open drain around pool. Quoted $250 to clear blockage. Tech spent about 30 minutes, said roots were blocking pipe and his equipment couldn't clear it. Said bill was $300 but charged $250 when I told him my quote. Most plumbers only chg a service call around $75. I thought $250 was for a satisfactory repair, not an attempt. I have another plumber coming who has different equipment he feels will do clean out. His fee is only $75. Nice folks, but can't recommend.

I cannot say enough about CR plumbing. Top notch from start to finish. It's hard to find a company that treats their clients like family but that's their vibe! The work is second to none and the response time is the best I've seen. Their team does everything they can to prioritize and get to the urgent calls ASAP even if it means longer days. I was even fortunate enough to add on some additional work needed when they were onsite- they didn't blink an eye- just jumped right in. Even the information they've shared with me has helped me learn a lot and understand!
I won't look anywhere else for any future needs or issues.

Contacted this company about installing a tankless water heater and left a message.
They called me back in a timely manner and were so friendly and helpful and gave me a quote over the phone.

After one of the largest winter storms in the DFW area all plumbers are inundated with calls. I was very pleased with their customer service and would highly recommend them based on my interaction. They are prompt and extremely professional and the price quoted was reasonable. You can tell that they actually care about their customers.

Next time I'm in need of a plumbing company, they will be the company I check with first.

In the midst of the winter storm (Feb., 2021) one of our tankless waterheaters sprang a leak. At a time when all the plumbers we contacted said they would put us on their "list" and get back to us when they could, CR Plumbing responded immediately and scheduled us the for very next day. But in fact, they showed up later that very afternoon!!! They could not have been more professional or personable. Will definitely use them again and refer to anyone that is looking for a reliable plumbing company. Thank you CR Plumbing, and God bless you!!!
