Chris did a hack job on our plumbing and admitted to signing off on stuff around our house, which was a flip, that was not done correctly. He still charged us to fix this stuff but said he gave us a discount. He also did my sewer line and my neighbors and used the wrong liner (4"" in a 6"" pipe). I have called him at least a dozen times and left voicemails but no pickup or call back. I am contacting the licensing board to try to have his plumbing licence revoked.

I have been working closely with CR Plumbing for over 8 years. I am a local property manager and I often have leaks in the middle of the night, on weekends and on Holidays and these guys never fail to respond. When other plumbers decline to go, these guys are usually there within the hour. They have also done major drain cleaning and hydro jetting jobs for me at big and small condominiums, as well as Repiping jobs and main line replacements. These guys do it all. Their pricing is always fair and their knowledge and problem solving cannot be beat.

I had a leaky bath tub faucet. The plumber came and replaced a rubber around the cartridge. He left it looking like this, half way done, unfinished. 5 minutes work & $1 rubber, he charged $160. The leak stopped for 8 months but same problem occured.

These guys rock! I work in property management and deal with lots of plumbers and Chris with CR Plumbing is hands down our go to plumber. It is rare to find a plumber that will respond quickly to emergency situations, be competent enough to handle large jobs and at the same time have competitive pricing. These guys check very box. There isn't a job I wouldn't feel comfortable sending them to, whether it be at one of the properties I manage or my own house.
