Absolutely great! I had a problem with violently rattling water pipes for about 2 weeks whenever a toilet was flushed or the washing machine was used. I'm very capable when it comes to home fixes and diy projects so after some online research and youtube I attempted several fixes (including a pressure valve replacement) but the problem persisted. Called some plumbing companies but all of them told me I had different problems and gave me different quotes. One company in particular (All Pro) came out for a free estimate and told me a full inspection was needed as it was a series of issues causing the pipes to rattle and wanted to charge me a few hundred just to determine the ""problems"". The rep kept switching up his story during the ""free estimate"" and it was clear to me that he was lying. I searched through Yelp and found this company only a few blocks down from my house. Gave them a call and Carlos said he would show up in an hour to check out the problem and provide a free estimate. Carlos ended up showing up in about a half hour. Earlier than previously stated. A great first impression! I showed him what the pipes did and he quickly determined I needed to replace my water pressure reducing valve. I told him I had already done it but that it didn't fix the problem. I showed him my work and I learned that I had actually installed it on the wrong pipe. Instead of installing it on the house's main pipe fed directly by the street main, I put it on the sprinkler pipe which is fed by the house's main pipe after that pipe is fed from the street main. The problem was the pressure valve located in the house's main pipe was covered up behind some drywall (probably by the previous homeowner) and therefore not only did I miss locating it, but so did the previous ""plumbers"" who came out. I told him about previous plumbers's quotes and assessments and he told me they were all lying and trying to rip me off and educated me on the various shady tactics plumbers use to rip people off and guaranteed his assessment would solve the problem. Since I had already installed the same type of valve myself (even though it was the wrong pipe) he felt confident that I could do the job myself thereby saving me money on labor. But on top of that, Carlos offered to save me even more money by selling me the valve using his discount as a licensed plumber! Carlos really went above and beyond in providing great customer service. He showed up earlier than expected, provided an honest assessment to the problem, and offered to save me money in two ways. Even though I could've saved money fixing it myself, because of his complete honesty I let him do the job. He definitely earned my business and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. You will not be disappointed.

Sorry did not like the service. First of all Carlos the own was supposed to come to my home to give me an estimate but didn't after all. No call or no text. I was waiting all day Sunday. I stopped all my plans to get this plumbing issued looked at. But no show. I called him texted him after several call I finally got a hold of him. He stated he was looking at homes and would be at my house around 530pm. 530 comes around and no show. I get a hold of him the next day and says he is sorry he would give me 10% off the service. I asked when can he come Carlos stated around 130 because he had school. 2pm comes no show or call I gave up. I get a text from Carlos and says I'll give 20% if you still want me to come down. .... I was not happy . The only reason I called this plumbing company was due to the positive feedback from previous customers. I will not give positive feedback on this company. I will not recommended to call due to unprofessional service.

I prayed for a good honest plumber to fix what others could not and got just that when CR plumbing came. Absolutely everything that people are posting is the kind of plumber he is. Came right away, fixed the leak fast and efficiently while also very thorough. GREAT price, not like other plumbers that take advantage, he even found a way to save us money. So thankful for CR plumbing and highly recommend to everyone!

Thanks again for Yelp. I was looking for a plumber for my plumbing issues at home and have called a couple plumbers on Yelp. I contacted Carlos from CR Plumbing and so glad I did he came out the same day, was very courteous even called me to tell me he was running behind at his current job he came out told me what I needed to do to fix the issue and gave me the price. This is a family own and operated by Carlos and his brother Ruben they are very honest, efficient, and ethical. I have their number stored on my contact just in case my friends or co-workers needs a reliable and honest plumbers. In a matter of fact recently I referred Carlos to my friend's father for their plumbing issues and they too were very pleased with CR Plumbing's work.
