I have to imagine that the negative reviews are from jerks. Carlos was very responsive to my contact, arrived on time, and did a great job. I immediately asked for additional services for another day, for which he provided me with updates to his arrival time. He got that job done efficiently and at a more than reasonable price. I will call him again as the need arises.

Carlos' service is Fast, professional with decent price.

I called this morning around 9am b/c house water pressure is too high.He called me back right away and said would come between 12-13pm.He showed up half hour late but I understood sometimes traffice is bad and people need lunch break.He checked the controller and gave me a very fair price(half price of other company).The job is done within one hour with two year warranty.What can you ask more about a plumber?? They fixed it efficiently.Btw,he's very friendly and polite.

I'll definetely recommend him to anyone needs plumbing service.

(Update) Oct10 They came back to check the sprinkler yesturday and found out we had 2 already borked.He bought the parts and changed for FREE today ! Unbelievable,awesome service and trust-worthy people.

The guys of CB Plumbing did an amazing job. They were very helpful even with a small problem. If I ever have another problem again I will call them. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent service.

I should have listened to the other reviewer that these guys are just a waste of time.
Carlos sounds very polite on the phone to give the quote and all sales talk about their work.
But they NEVER SHOWED UP as they promised. I tried to call them again and again to find out what is going on but Carlos the person never called back nor let me know why he never showed up. After several day from the appointment date, I could never reach Carlos, the guy I spoke to at the first place. It's always Ruben who answered the phone. When I asked Ruben if I can talk to Carlos, he said that Carlos is on job site and will call me right back in few minutes since he's almost done. That was 9 am in the morning. At 5 pm nobody called back. I called again and this time Ruben said that Carlos is not working today. Seriously? He said he was on job site this morning and in the evening he said he didn't work for the whole day. When I politely confronted him with what he said, he hung up the phone right away. Am I going to waste my time with these clowns?

Also when they gave quote, they told me that their fee is a little bit higher because it's part of their warranty that I can call them in the future if something goes wrong with the toilet they're going to install. Glad that I haven't paid these clowns for anything yet. I'm sure it will be much tougher to find them one day for their so called ""promise/warranty.""

Usually I don't write review unless it's a good review. But these people are way out of line with their lies that I feel obligated to write negative review. Hopefully nobody else get scammed by these clowns.

I had some water heater trouble after I had gas company out. I called Carlos out for service he came out that day and luckily it was only small fix. Carlos was great once again he's trusted and honest.

I called on Thursday for an estimate and the guy said he would let me know by 3pm when he'd be available to come; he never called back. I called back on friday, the guy said he'd be there by 6pm; he never came or called. I don't have time to be waiting around!

I feel disappointed after reading all the great reviews here on Yelp.
I'm giving them 3 stars because they were nice over the phone and seemed helpful.
They should just make time to call back potential customers whether or not they will be able to make it out.

AMAZING service. I feel so lucky to have called him and have him come out. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and in the bathroom. Carlos was knowledgeable, timely and friendly and gave me advice on what to do and how to move forward. I would highly recommend CR Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Carlos saved me about $120 just by simply troubleshooting over the phone. We discovered it wasn't my garbage disposal that had the issue, but in fact it was an electrical error. He even had a great reference that was able to fix my issue the same day for $40. I can only image what a good job he would have done had I actually been able to use his services.

Carlos is awesome. Our bath tub and sink were backed up-already had septic tank pumped and no luck! Carlos and his brother came out right away and unclogged everything. The next day he installed a garbage disposal for me and the sink and tub backed up again. So he unclogged it again with no charge! And explained why this can happen- I have a old house with old plumbing! No problems since! Very knowledgable, dependable, honest and just nice hard working guys! I would recommend this company to everyone!!!!

Read the reviews and decided to give a try. Carlos answered phone immediately and we scheduled an appointment for the next evening. My upstairs shower was leaking into the downstairs laundry room. I assumed a busted pipe. He took a few minutes to assess the situation and said it looks like leaking fixtures. He went to Home Depot picked up what he needed and fixed the problem. I asked him about the low water pressure in the master shower. He took a look and fixed that as well. the total cost was very reasonable and Carlos was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use him again. Great job, problems solved.
