Plumbing truck passed me on Interstate 80 going well over 80mph, a 5gallon bucket of tools or parts came out of the bed of the truck spilling all over the road. Driver was either recklessly unaware it happened or didn't care. Makes you wonder if the plumbers that they hire are reckless on the job as well.
