Contacted C&R Handyman Services to install a washer and dryer in our garage. The cost was $100.00. He came out did the installation. However tried to run a load of and the washing machine was leaking water and displayed an error code of IE. I looked it up on the LG website, it stated that the water line is either frozen due to cold climates or not connected correctly. My daughter notified C&R and he basically denied that it was his error. Had to have someone else connect the water line correctly.
