CPR plumbing is always our go to for plumbing services! They are honest, professional, hard working and very quick to respond to our service requests. CPR is always on time too which is appreciated. Chris and Tyler are always great to work with. I cannot thank them enough for the hard work they have put in to troubleshoot our recent issues.

Extremely disappointed!

I have NEVER written a bad review until now.

I'm unsure if the owner was having a bad day and decided to take it out on his returning client or what his actual gripe was. Nevertheless, take a moment to read this review.

I've used this company several times during the pandemic, and I have never encountered any issues previously when requesting the tech to wear a mask in my home, I understand wearing a mask is an individual's right. However, I do NOT think it is an issue that needs to be addressed in the way it was during a conversation with the owner. The tone of the owner was passive-aggressive and extremely unprofessional.

I made an appointment over a week ago. A lady from CPR Plumbing contacted me the day before my appointment to advise me they would not be able to come to my residence due to issues with the scheduling. We were able to select another date within the same week for service. Fast-forward to today.

I received a text notification confirming the appointment, I reached out to CRP Plumbing to confirm, and to request the technician to wear a mask if possible. The lady replied, "no problem, I will add it in the notes" less than 2 minutes later I received a call from a hostile owner advising me "if you want us to wear a mask, we are not the company for you". I was a bit confused with the statement. I never had any problems with the tech wearing a mask in any of the previous appointments before.

The owner went on a rant stating "we go into many, many houses daily. My sons have had COVID, I've had COVID, and I don't know if any of my techs have COVID. Even with the booster shots, you can still get COVID. And I don't think I would feel comfortable coming to your house and exposing your house to COVID. we don't carry masks on any of the trucks". I tried to calm this conversation down by stating that I could provide a mask and IF the technicians did not feel comfortable wearing a mask, I would refrain from utilizing the part of the house where the techs would be working until the job was completed. Problem solved right? NO!

The owner then went on to reiterate his statement above in even more of an agitated and condescending tone. I wanted to avoid escalating the call to a place that I deemed inappropriate for business purposes, so I asked if he was canceling the appointment due to my request or if he would be able to send the techs out. He stated "no".

I hung up the phone floored! And decided to cancel the appointment furthermore discounting their services.

It appears the owner wanted to pick a fight that was non-provoked. It's clear this company does NOT have a code of ethics and they do not value their customers.

When they said it would be more expensive I thought that's okay. Another 2 or 3 thousand dollars to get the work done would be okay. But 30,000 more!??? I hit jacked! And here I thought I had found some good folks in a world of sharks. I was wrong!

Thank you to CPR Plumbing for fast, efficient and courteous service. Toni, the admin manager, was helpful and courteous. They were able to fix our broken water pipes in under an hour, and they are very reasonably priced. We will call on them again when needed!!

I called because my pipes were totally clogged. Toilets almost overflowing and backing up in to the showers. When I called to get someone out to fix it, he gave me some recommendations to get it fixed at no charge. I have no idea about the quality of his work but I'd recommend him simply for his integrity. Thank you so much for saving this frustrated momma.

CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. Adam helped me with this exchange process, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of helping with solutions to my problem. The Team finished the install and it works Great! Thank You! I will call you for all future plumbing needs.

They replaced two hot water heaters with a tankless. They did a great job at the reasonable, quoted price. The gas efficiency savings is enough to make the unit free in 10 years. These guys are great! Give them a call.

Very happy with all of their work, they pull permits when needed (if you have anyone reluctant to pull a permit go in another direction), responsive to calls and texts, detailed in their explanations and good value. Great guys, nice to work with local company and people who know the area.
