Met James at Home Depot in the plumbing isle. I had no clue what I was looking for so he approached me and asked what the problem was. After a few minutes of conversation he offered to stop by and take a look at my problem. We scheduled time for the next morning and not only did he fix that problem, but helped me resolve my water heater problem with the manufacturer and within an hour he was installing my brand new water heater. It was my lucky day meeting him at Home Depot and I will call James for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Our water heater started leaking in our garage suddenly. We didn't have a regular plumber to go too, after doing some research came across James, let me just say he has been GREAT!!! James was such a great plumber! He did multiple projects for us. He rushed out right away when I needed a leaking water heater to be removed from the hall closet to prevent further water damage. He installed an indoor tankless water heater for us. He replaced a main sewer drain line in front of the house. He also found a leaking gas line leak in a detached structure. He's very personable and awesome to work with!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I had a simple job to fix a leaking bathroom sink drain. He charged me what I thought was a bit more than normal but he seemed very pleasant on the phone and seemed like a nice honest guy. He came to fix the leak and I paid him and he left. The next day the sink started to leak again and I called him back to come fix it. He said he would come back and said I just had to pay for the extra parts to finish the job since. I agreed and he told us he would be there between 8-10 am and he never arrived. We tried to call and he didnt pickup his phone. He finally got back to us and said his phone died and he scheduled to come the next day. He once again didnt show up and now will not answer his phone nor text messages. I have to hire another plumber and pay another time!!
