We called James to snake a stopped up kitchen sink. This was right at the start of the coronavirus pandemic so we were worried about having a stranger in the house, but James wore a mask the whole time, kept plenty of distance, and was very professional. After clearing the pipes once he had to come back a second time a few days later after it stopped up again. He didn't charge us for the return visit and this time it's been flowing free for over a week. He was friendly, easy to deal with, and affordable. Would use him again.

James is excellent! Worked with him on two occasions, and he was nothing but professional the entire time. Recently the hot water in my shower didn't work. The building manager brought plumbers on several occasions, and they couldn't figure out what the problem was. James came once and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He came by a few days later and fixed the hot water. I'll certainly be calling James from now on for any household repairs.

Met James at Home Depot in the plumbing isle. I had no clue what I was looking for so he approached me and asked what the problem was. After a few minutes of conversation he offered to stop by and take a look at my problem. We scheduled time for the next morning and not only did he fix that problem, but helped me resolve my water heater problem with the manufacturer and within an hour he was installing my brand new water heater. Our water heater started leaking in our garage suddenly. We didn't have a regular plumber to go too, after doing some research came across James, let me just say he has been GREAT!!!
