Mike A.Awesome same day service for a sewer backup. Professional and nice techs came out within the hour and they cleaned up when they were done.
FABULOUS! After a much more popular, well-known plumbing people failed to fix my problem, and then quoted me $900 to do it, CPR came, and with experienced folks, were able to clear the drain in 10 minutes for a fraction of the cost. They cleaned up well afterward, and I can't imagine how it could have been better.
These will be my guys from here on out. A+!!!
CPR Drain Cleaning provides great service. They were recommended to me for main sewer line repair. No one wants to have their yard torn up and pay the huge amounts it costs to do that. But since it had to be fixed I am glad CPR was the one doing it. Very fair price & Dave & Robert made sure my yard was put back as well as possible - even came out a second time to do so.
Patricia R.I had thought I fixed the issue being that it was hours with no response they would make it out. My cold water in my shower would not shut off. I ended up getting to not run and called to cancel the apt. I then noticed their still was a steady drip. They told me i had to call the insurance company again which i did not but they called back and said they were on their way They finally came out and took it apart again and replaced some of the rubber seals inside and it still dripped. The plumber went to get a new valve and I went to work. I texted my son to see if he replaced it and he said yes he came and went already. Upon coming home the shower was still a steady drip and the hot and cold were backwards. They were contacted again and the plumber came back to flip the valve and try to see why it was still leaking. There is only one other part in the faucet unit which is a pressure control valve,so I asked him to replace the rubber seals on that too in case that may be playing a role. He did and put it back together upside down again then took it apart again and put in in correctly. Hot and cold were fixed but still a steady drip. He stated the entire faucet unit needs replaced because the new valve should have fixed it but it was Friday and he wasn't working over the weekend. He also needed permission to put an access panel in the closet. I gave him my husbands number since i was going on a trip for work so he could contact him when he was coming. No one called my husband no one showed. I called from the plane and Spoke with a very rude man name Steve who said i was demanding when all i did was call and give my name the issue and wondered if Jo was coming back out. Contacted the insurance company that sent this company to my home and was told CPR states I took the plumbers work back apart and that's why its still leaking which is a TOTAL LIE!!!!! I haven't touched it since the plumber has been working on it. ITS STILL DRIPPING!
Called on a Saturday due to clogged drain. They arrived when they said they would and charged the same as quoted. Techs were friendly, did a great job and even pet my dog! Highly recommend!
I have a rental home in Columbus that needed tree roots cleared from the pipes. I was referred to this company by my friend's plumber. He'd had great experiences with them. He was right. They went to the house very quickly and per my tenant, they were done in less than an hour. It took two guys and the bathroom at issue is very small so this was not easy. They also waited to charge my credit card until I spoke with them to authorize it... after they'd completed the job. And the price they quoted me is the price they charged. They were very professional and my tenant had no complaints. I would definitely recommend them!
Casey W.I'll keep this short. This company came to my home, because that's who my landlord chose. I did not hire them (thankfully, or else this would make this situation even worse, knowing that *I* was actually *out* money).
And in all fairness, MAYBE this company is good and this is just a case of some ""bad apples"". However, from the 2 office personnel that I spoke with, along with the 2 gentlemen that came into my home, I'm going to be VERY cautiously optimistic about this company at best.
Long story short, this company sent 2 men to do the job. One was very pleasant as in really didn't say much and/or contribute to his counterparts attitude/approach. However, the other one with a missing tooth was hostile, confrontational and just rude.
After they left, I realized that all but 1 of some controlled medication I had in my kitchen cabinet (conveniently right in the area they were working) had been stolen. That's right, folks. They sent junkies to my home, where my children are. Not only that, but one of them went to my basement, used my daughters restroom, peed all over the toilet, didn't flush and left the seat up. Really? When I called their office to report such, I was met with absolute rudeness and was told ""well then you'll just have to call the cops I guess"". No attempt to say they would investigate their employees, no apologies, no inquiry as to what medication, which one I thought it might have been--- nothing. But the police sure asked those questions. And there may never be anything come from those thieves (I don't know that for certain, because I've never had junkies steal any medication from me before). However, at best, when their vehicles for this company come back into my town to do work, you betcha the police will watch them like a hawk.
Oh and get this- they created a leak (admittedly) and said someone else would come out to fix it another day. When I spoke with my landlord to let him know that I do NOT want anyone from that company back inside my home, my landlord said, ""Well they're refusing to come back anyway.""
Yeah....I'll bet they are. Hard to actually face someone a second time knowing you've got junkies coming into people's homes and violating them right under their noses.
So, if you call them, and a guy with a missing tooth shows up with a skinny quiet guy-- hover over them like it's YOUR job. Because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Although, I can't imagine why anyone would hire them- but whatever.
I gave them 1 star, simply because I couldn't give them zero stars.
They were great! Honest, fast, knowledgable, & affordable. They charged me 1/3 of the price another company quoted me. I will definitely use them again!
Pat E.I knew I needed C.P.R. ASAP. My pipes were clogged filled with gunk, slush and grime. This time there was no getting away with a plunger job.
As I had a prior occasion to utilize their services, I was not put off by the dazed dispatcher who answered my ""woman in distress"" early morning call. He was having a difficult time understanding me, he couldn't spell the word ""H-E-I-G-H-T-S"" and took my number down wrong. Service was to arrive later that morning or early afternoon. When that didn't happen, I made a follow-up call. I learned dazed dispatcher had written my contact info wrong. Fortunately, within a half hour of my callback, the plumber arrived.
Joe was great. As I watched, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Less than 30 minutes later mission accomplished with use of motorized, mobile ""snake"" machine. My kitchen plumbing was once again operational. He also gave me good advice: clean garbage disposal once monthly with ice cubes, nothing white down disposal and run COLD water over grease when pouring down drain opposite of disposal (it should be clumped)
This set me back $120. Cash or credit.
Amber S.This is my go-to place for plumbing issues. They charge $160 for the first hour and then charge $100 for each additional hour (billed in 15 minute increments). They will tell you this when making the appointment. Depending on the time of day I can get service the same day or the next one.
They've unclogged sinks and run a snake through the main sewage line. With each visit they've explained what was causing the issue and offered me ways to keep prevent it from happening again.
