This company was referred to me by a plumber who did not provide the service I needed. For an upgrade to our appliances, we were adding a gas line to our kitchen. We had an existing gas line running through the property but unsure where exactly it was. Not wanting to dig for hours on end, we had CPL come out & mark the line from the meter and a gas line from a former jacuzzi. I said I needed an appointment as soon as possible, they had me scheduled two days later. Knowing that I needed it quickly, they kindly called me back to tell me a technician was already in my area. Aaron called a little while later, and showed up when he said he would. Courteous, reliable, helpful staff from the office, to accounting, to the technician. So nice to see a well run company happily serving their customers. Would highly recommend!

Steven A. came to my house almost immediately after I called the company. He was professional and found the leak that 3 other companies had previously been unable to find! (1 plumber, 1 leak company, 1 irrigation specialist!!) he explained to me exactly how to fix it so I could get a plumber right away to do the repairs. On top of that, the price I paid was less than what I was quoted! Couldn't recommend this guy and this company highly enough!!

Called on a Sunday because i had warm spots on my bathroom floor. A plumber i contacted recommended them to locate the leak and my brothet recommended them. My britheworks at Schmidt. That was enough for me tobuse them.

I spoke with Ruth Monday morning. I know i sounded freaked out and panicked but she took care and got me scheduled that afternoon.

Jacob arrived and marked the leak and the pipe. He calmed me down and was so professional, personable and friendly. If you ever find yourself in this situation, i would use them again.
