I used CPI out of Mount Vernon for what I was told was a ""simple 10-hour electrical panel replacement"". This turned into a 13-day saga resulting in my appliances being wired to 220 blowing up my fridge, my stove, and an eventual near house fire when my Crock-Pot melted 10 minutes after being plugged in. Fortunately I was home otherwise it could have been a six person fatality fire. The ""fix"" on Dec 24th (see pic with 2 live wires hanging out without a breaker but being charged) was just as bad- CPI left us with a new unsafe condition from Dec 24- Dec 31st. The CPI general manager Steve did not seem to want to comprehend the peril CPI put, then left, my family in. As a retired firefighter who has been on fatal electrical fires Steve's responses were devoid of any concern for the dangers they put my family in. They tried to claim that giving us money for the appliances they blew up was part of a refund for the panel itself. Bait and switch nonsense. I would not use CPI due to workmanship and management's incredibly lackluster response to the incredible safety issues CPI put us through for this ""simple 10 hour panel replacement"". Additionally, now they're trying to rewrite the story as if they offered us a full refund by somehow double dipping and using the money for the appliances they blew up as part of the cost of panel replacement. Don't trust them.

i am in the process of having some projects done with CPI. i was able to make an appointment quickly and they sent Luis, who was professional and competent, to assess the work. CPI is working with us to reroute some kitchen plumbing and finish some bathroom remodeling. they work with other area contractors for the non-plumbing aspects of the job. Would recommen.

Jayson was very helpful today he explained to me what he was doing with the furnace and the problems he found I appreciated that unfortunately the furnace had too much damage and it's too old it looks like I will have to get a new one but at least now I know what I'm up against thank you for your help today Jason is a good man

Trevor replaced my old cheap toilet with a new great brand. He was professional, efficient and, I couldn't be happier with his entire installation from Hello to Thanx- Less than an hour and a half.
Kudos to CPI for hiring this terrific young man.

I had a clogged kitchen drain in a lower duplex unit. CPI responded to my request for assistance after I was unable to find any other plumbing company available within a reasonable time frame. They did an excellent job but prices were ridiculous! $800 to snake drain, $1000 to hydro jet it. Took one hour start to finish.
As a business owner I am happy to pay a premium to get a job done well and within an acceptable time frame but this was over the top.

Cpi has done it again! Thank you Brandon Armistead who changed out our garbage disposal. I can't think of a thing that CPi doesn't do to be helpful to their customer... from making a convenient appointment, to texting when Brandon was on his way WITH his picture so we would know he was actually our tech. He was professional, efficient, solved a 'problem' quickly, cleaned up after himself, was always careful to wear booties in our home (OK we live with dogs but was very nice of him!) and was on his way after testing to make sure everything worked! We are VERY pleased...Thank you!! Glenda and Ron too

terrible service, called cpi for a hose bib replacement and had an odor from foundation vents. had a sewage pipe leak that was discovered by the plumber in a 10x10 area in crawl space. he chose not to replace my leaking hose bib because of that leak. he stated he didn't want to lay in sewage so my wife paid $150 service fee for nothing. I crawled under my house when I got home and went all the way to my hose bib no sewage. the next day I had another company come out who replaced my hose bib and replaced my broken sewage pipe prior to the cleanup process. Don't Use CPI Plumbing!!!!

Justin came to help us with our leak at our faucet connection. After it leaked we had to turn off the water. He knew we were eager for a fix as soon as he could get here.

He was very polite and efficient getting all the issues remedied. He also answered our questions about other fixtures we may need help with in the future.

He avoided tracking in dirt from outside by wearing booties and left a clean work area.
