Francisco crushed it! I had a kitchen sink drain issue. He diagnosed and fixed the issue lickity split! I buy once cry once and opted for my pipes to be sprayed out. I called Sunday morning and they were able to get to me Tuesday morning right after the holiday. I highly recommend him and CPI.

Excellent phone service and getting an appointment. We were notified of a reasonable price of 130 as a trip charge and diagnosing of problem. And that then the technician could give us a quote before carrying on. I was surprised that the quote was close to $2000 for the backed up drain and for them to snake it, but I should've asked when I was on the phone earlier to get a better idea. Additionally they can't guarantee their success and are unwilling to enter the crawl space where the access is. Nice guys though! And wore little booties on their shoes. I rented a machine for 50 bucks and fixed it myself in the end...

Justin the plumber was awesome,.my beef is with the pricing from corporate. To replace a valve control for a water heater with a $200 part plus shipping was almost $1,300 bucks. Whole thing would have taken 1.5 hours at most. $1000 for labor divided into 1.5 hours = $665 per hour for labor. That is way too high! Plus they wanted to do a diagnostic for almost another $400 bucks when the problem was already figured out. I passed on the bid. Lawyers in NYC don't charge this kind of money.

I have had great experience with CPI plumbing, both in emergency service and for repairs. Money is tight but
I find them to be worth every penny , and I unhesitatingly recommend them.
The technicians that I have experience with, JON and SHANE came ten minutes early and not only pleasant but did quick work explained what they had done and left everything clean and restored. Great company great employees, super resource in my area!
