I woke up this morning with my downstairs being completely flooded with water. I didn't even know whom to call. When I called this company to tell them I had an emergency the response was prompt. The guy was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. Something we thought would be simple ended up being a huge problem. I had roots in my back up system. He had to bring big expensive machine and pressure washed those things out. Huge job!!! Glad to have and experienced person handling it. Saved my day! Thank you!!!

I called last night around 10 PM for an emergency plumbing issue my septic tank was backed up, CPI were here within 15 minutes,and fixed the issue within less than an hour, Brandyn is a life saver, I highly recommend him to anybody that ever has an plumbing emergency or any plumbing issues.

I'm a repeat customer, and after like three or four different jobs over the years that I've gotten Brandyn's help with, including correcting not so good work from another guy, I think it's long overdue that I gave credit where it's deserved. His work is second to none, while he'll also take the time to discuss options with you. Super polite and easy to work with, very fair pricing, and does the most thorough jobs. I wish all handymen and contractors were as great to work with as he is. The best part is he's knowledgeable without pushing it at you, like you get to decide how you'd like things done and he is very meticulous at delivering the service above your own standard. Before the most recent job where I needed all my bathroom sinks replaced, he gave me money saving tips and was patient with my indecisiveness about what parts I'd like to get. Additionally, he checked out some extra stuff for me while here and fixed a couple pesky tub faucets for free! Anyhow, I can't say enough good stuff, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Overall the work was good. I had a major sewer clog in my kitchen. Brandyn came within 30 minutes and fixed the issue right away. My only complaint is that he wanted to charge us on the spot an additional $100 fee because we put Drainno in the kitchen sink. He said the chemical was very bad for his health.We were a disappointed because the work did not require him to touch or smell directly into the pipes as he put a long snake through the outside drain plug. My husband asked if we could give us a break from the additional $100 fee and he deducted $10. If you ask me that was a steal! If you use them and they want to charge extra on the spot for no good reason, do not do it.

This company came highly recommended to us through a neighbor. They were extremely kind, extremely well priced, clean, and quick. My backyard no longer looks like a lake! Yay!
After they had left, I asked if they could help with another leak, they came right back over. I will definitely use them again if we are ever burdened with more leaks. Let's hope that's not the case. Thank you Brandyn and George.

Would definitely call them again, if the need arises. Very professional and neat they arrived on time and hauled the mess away. George and his son did a excellent job replacing my water heater and answered all questions. Used top quality parts and took their time to do the job right.

Called these guys to fix a blockage in my kitchen sink, they said it would cost $65 dollars to run a snake and clear the line. They showed up and could not get the snake to go down the piping. After 15 mins they said the snake was to big and there was not another smaller snake for kitchen blockage. Told me that I had to replace the piping outside to fix. Quoted me $375. They didn't even get the snake down the pipe before solving the problem with a $375 fix. I told them that was to much when they haven;t even determined what or where the blockage was. I paid them the $65 for showing up and doing absolutely nothing. 1 hour later after buying a smaller snake from Home Depot and some drain cleaner my kitchen sink is fixed.
