Requested service twice, 1st appointment they were nearly 2 hours late and didn't inform me of delay, 2nd appointment they never even showed up, contacted me.

We had a shower that wouldn't drain even after snaking. So we had Yelp match us with a professional and they did a great job, because this company was wonderful.

First Sean (or Shawn? Sorry) came out to assess the damage with a better quality/more powerful snake. Then he realized he was going to have to bring in the big dog equipment and would have to come back the next day. As promised, he was back first thing this morning with extra equipment and an extra guy. They were here for maybe an hour and our shower was draining again! Both guys were incredibly courteous and kind and explained what they were doing throughout the process. And I don't know how much money this usually costs, but the price did NOT break the bank, which was a huge relief during the holidays.

Will definitely be calling them out for any future plumbing issues!

Sean and Dallas did an amazing job taking care of my bathtub faucet leak. They responded right away and finished the job fairly quick while communicating effectively throughout the job. They even took the time to show me how to shut off my water valve Incase I need to know in the future. Great customer service and great team! Sean from cpc trenchless helped me install an outdoor wok burner to a gas line that was already there. I requested through yelp and Sean was at my house within about 30 min. He went to get some supplies after giving me a quote and came back to do the job immediately. It was fast and thorough and he tested the gas line and the appliance to make sure everything was working properly. It came out to a reasonable cost as well. Thanks Sean!

CPC trenches did an awesome job. Their staff was knowledgeable and cordial. I called them out to clear a main line clog originating from the kitchen sink. It turned out to be a difficult job but they persisted until the job was complete. And they did not charge me anything than the original quote. I would highly recommend these guys. They are professional and honest. They did an excellent job.
