My experience with CPB Mechanical has been highly satisfactory . When I called Mr. Christopher Murphy on a problem we had in our heating system, he came promptly. He provided the diagnosis, patiently answered our questions in details and fixed the problem. Chris displayed a great deal of professionalism and knowledge. It has been a great pleasure doing business with Chris.

Recently my hot air furnace stopped blowing hot air. I did some basic troubleshooting, like trying to restart it and confirming that the pilot was not getting lit. The blinking LED on me heater blinked three times.

When I called Chris he knew exactly what the three blinks meant and showed up with the replacement part in hand to make the repair quick and easy.

While on site he recommended some additional maintenance (clearing out exhaust line and replacing the fan) to hopefully keep my heater running longer before the next service.

Called Chris and he was very helpful. He tried to accommodate my schedule. While it wasn't very urgent, he sent someone same day and got what needed to be done, done. Price was very reasonable and close to what he quoted me. I will be keeping his number and calling him whenever we need anything around the house!

Chris is great. He came at 8:30pm on Sunday night to fix our high velocity A/C unit so me and my 16 month old daughter were not sweltering on the third floor of our home overnight. He was able to fix the issue temporarily and followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure the system was still working and to explain next steps. He came back this morning to do the rest of the repair work. He was professional, informative and reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Can't say enough about the work done by Patrick! This was the 3rd HVAC contractor and he finally fixed the problem! They were all punctual and extremely responsive as well as professional. I have had issues with cooling my home since I moved in and now it is running correct and actually cooling!

Had an ac leakage problem and called up CPB. Pat answered and quickly set up a time to come by. He helped fixed the leakage and answered all my questions, and even go into detail and explained the how's, whys, and what's of ac maintenance. Overall, great service and the price seems about reasonable and comparable to other services.
