We had our HVAC system system replaced which was a great experience (professional crew, super nice and were able to do it quickly with no mess behind). What impressed me most was a few months later it randomly stopped working on a 95 degree day, we have a baby so that was starting to warm up and we were a bit freaked out, called Cozy and Jason saved the day, turns out it was a minor fix (some drainage had gotten clogged, triggering a safety shut off). He came right out and had the AC back up and running in minutes. Legitimately one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. You really don't see service like often nowadays.

Our AC unit suddenly stopped working with this triple digit hot weather. I requested from several service provider around the area but everyone's not available to fix it soon. We are so thankful that Cozy was able to put us on schedule that same day. We met the owner himself Jason who is the one who came and fix it right away. He is so professional, respectful and reliable. We signed up for membership knowing we have someone now in our neighborhood that we can depend on to check our HVAC unit when we need them the most. Cozy was quick to respond and attend to my dead ac right at the start of a Sacramento heat wave. Issue was diagnosed as a need to replace the Capacitor + Contactor on the AC. (unit was a 3T unit, installed back in 2003)

I believe in sharing prices on Yelp so consumers can be empowered so quote for replacement of the 2 parts(capacitor and contactor) was about $970 USD. (there was a $50 diagnostic fee that was waved if you went with the repair)

Work itself took about 2 hrs or so, but the technician took the time required to explain to me the process and how the parts work together.

I did some research and found the parts itself cost about $70 bucks at the highest end. The $900 can be split into labor at $450/hr.

Overall in terms of service I believe Cozy is top notch, they were quick to reply, provided updates as the tech arrived, fixed my problem, and explained to me what needed fixing. In terms of price though, I felt like it was a bit pricey, but I was in a tough situation where I needed the repair to be done ASAP.

If I could have done it again, I would have shopped around for price comparisons. Same scope of work was shared to two other companies after the repair was done for my personal learnings, one company quoted $600, another quotes $350.

Our AC unit stopped working the night before due to the onslaught of triple digit heat. With an upcoming holiday, nobody had availability until after the holiday, two full days later.
Cozy came to the rescue and was able to fit me into a very busy day before a holiday. I fully appreciate their entire team including my initial contact with Jason the owner, Rochelle (sp?), and Jeff. Absolutely friendly and courteous staff all around.
Rochelle (sp) was a pleasure to talk to over the phone. And Jeff did a fantastic job fixing my AC. He was incredibly knowledgeable with any and all my questions I fired off his way. I learned a lot about HVAC through this repair! He genuinely cared throughout the process and gave me his honest opinions.
I became such a fan that I signed up for their maintenance program as well. They'll have my business moving forward! Thanks again!

Jeff was the technician that came out

He arrived on time and he found the problem within 15 minutes.

He provided multiple option. We decided that my 24 year old system was not worth repairing.

Jeff suggested going with a heat pump since I have solar and I'm glad I went for it.

Jeff was is an expert he answered all my questions made it extremely easy in purchasing a new system.

Now I have an energy efficient system and no longer have to use gas to heat my home.

I purchased the AC Tune-up. The service tech, Jeff, was timely and professional. Jeff was also considerate, arriving with shoe covers and wearing a mask, as per my preferrence. I received a good report with images about the condition of my unit and some extra cleaning.
