Crappy AI Chatbot answering live calls without any human back up. I needed to speak to a person, not this obnoxious excuse for customer service.

I asked to be connected to an actual living person about a dozen times over a minute and the only option I was given was to leave a number for a call back.

I'd find an old school phone tree ""Please listen to all our options as some of our menu options have changed. Press 1 for sales, 2 for service, 3 for billing"" and have it route to voice mail about a hundred times LESS frustrating than dealing with an AI Chatbot that can't answer my question and won't connect me to a person

I highly recommend Cozy Home Services. My AC went out during heat wave. Called Cozy based on a friends recommendation. From Jason the owner, who came
out same day, to Karla the amazing person in the office who took my urgent plea and was able to help me get set up for an appointment, this team is top notch!! I needed a new system which Jason was able to confirm and recommend an efficient, green energy unit that was affordable and appropriate for my house. Jason and his amazing team Jose, Steven, James, Dan, And Gustavo were polite, respectful and kind to each other!! And to me.!! Their work ethic is to be commended. They came in and each person had a job and went right to it! These amazing professionals worked in the tremendous heat and did not leave until my unit was installed and we had air! They are clean, do top notch work and it feels good to support a local business. If in doubt, hire this company! You will not regret it! Fair prices and a team that is truly top notch professionals who truly care about the work they do with customer service skills rarely seen these days. Thank you Jason, Karla, Gloria, Jose, James, Dan, Steven and Gustavo! You will forever have my business!

So we had 4 companies come out to give an estimate to replace our central heating and air conditioning system. The first 3 came out looked at what we had and left. They didn't say much while they were here just that they would put an estimate together and get back to us. Jason at cozy introduced himself at the door shook my hand and gave me his card. All things the other 3 companies did not do. Then he walked me through each step and explained everything they would do on the day they come back to do the job. He was very professional and a pleasure to talk to.

Today was the day to have the system installed yes by Cozy Home Services. Their crew showed up on time and got to work right away. Jose introduced himself to me at the front door. He was professional and knowledgeable. The other guys James, Steven, and Gustavo were also nice and professional. There were a couple other guys here as well but I didn't get their names. The entire crew worked hard and seemed to be there for each other to help one another whenever possible. When they finished the install they walked me through the new system and even helped me load it on my cell phone. They were efficient and clean and well organized. A great group of guys.

As for the price Cozy was not the lowest priced but Cozy added a few things the other companies didn't offer. Sometimes you should pay a little more for excellent quality, and service. This company deserves 5 stars

If you are looking for a company to handle your job then Cozy Home Services in that company. Don't hire anyone else until you talk to Cozy.

I had a condensation leak as origin was unknown. I called COZY and spoke to Carla (GREAT representative of this company) for a schedule. Chris Soutta was the tech assigned to my project.

I was very happy with Chris. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and clean. As he introduced himself, he let me explain what I thought my problem was as he never once interrupted me or made me feel like I didn't know what I was speaking of.

To sum it up, COZY is a good company and their people too. Chris Soutta, another GREAT representation of this company.

We are so happy that we went with Cozy! Our AC gave out last week right in time for the heat wave! Luckily Cozy was able to get our new AC installed just a couple of days after our initial meeting! Jose, Stephen, and James were amazing! They did a great job explaining everything, and walked us a through a couple of issues that came up (and of course they absorbed the cost!). Overall a great experience in a stressful situation!

After Juan had installed my Nest for free as a courtesy for getting an estimate, I made the decision to get a whole house fan from Cozy Homes. I also had issues early on with my water main shut off frozen because of hard water, as well as some trouble with the toilet shut offs so I decided to get a whole house water purification system.

Jason the owner came to do the estimate for the water purification and gave me a package deal for the fan and filter. The filter system was one big cylinder, which takes up less space than some multi stage systems I saw online. Cozy Homes supports local sports teams and has a great reputation, so I made the investment.

Jose and Steven showed up within the 2 hour time window and were quick, efficient, and super courteous. James showed up to help finish the job and everything was done in a day- they even removed the under sink filtration system from the previous owner.

Looking forward to much cooler summer nights and better water! Highly recommend their service.
