Happy to be working with Cozy for my HVAC needs. I purchased their HVAC unit last summer and opted for their Service contract, this is a bi-annual visit, Spring and Fall based upon your preference. Our technician today was Chris. He was extremely thorough, meticulous and educated on their products. He went the extra mile to clean our vents (was not done on prior visits) and cleaned the attic entry that had numerous fingerprints. He gave us options on products that again, was not offered during prior services. I appreciate those that do more than just treat you like a Service call, good service can be hard to come by. Cozy Home Services and Chris have been great to work with. Highly recommend this company as well as this specific technician.

We had a very nice Cozy Home Services man named Jeff come by and service our 1 year old Heating and A/C system today Sep 21, 2023. Very knowlegable and friendly and suggested he install a Turbo hard start kit with relay on both AC units they installed last year to prevent future overheating problems down the road. Thanks Jeff. Our relatively newer AC started to give us trouble for the past couple of years but we were too lazy to get it fixed untill the 95+degree days this summer when it just kept running all day with no noticeable cooling. Needless to say, our bills were sky high so we finally called a few companies. Most didn't even return our calls but Cozy Home was very responsive and prompt. Jeff came by on time, diagnosed the problem and gave us options for repair and replacement with detailed breakdown of the costs. Very professional, polite and thorough. Did repairs the same day and got it back in great shape - so happy we called Cozy Home!

My HVAC system was a little over 20 years old and starting to fail. Instead of opting to do a little first aid on the system and getting it off life support we opted to just upgrade. Jason (owner of Cozy Home) came out and assessed the system and walked us through options. He was very professional, informative and just overall helpful.
His crew of Taylor, Rene, and Chris showed up at 0830 and completed the work by 3pm. They were great! Very professional and concerned that we were happy with the work. They cleaned up any mess and were just a very polite and awesome crew. I would totally recommend them. We now have an energy efficient, extremely quiet, AC and furnace system.
Cozy Home offers options to pay from interest free to paying up front. They were recommended by our neighbor and we are very happy with the service provided. And they offer a preventative maintenance service for $14 a month that gives a little piece of mind. And Jason will price match so don't be after if to call him up if you want to work with a great company.
