David L.Last winter our furnace stopped working. Called the business and was directed by automated voicemail to the two owner's cell phones. Called both, never received a call back. Thankfully it turned out to just be a snow-plugged exhaust vent. This winter the CO2 monitors went off. Called again to have the furnace looked at and spoke with Dean (owner) who directed me to Josh's (other owner) cell phone. Called Josh and again never received a call back. If you have a HVAC issue that needs immediate attention don't waste your time calling these people.
Allan N.these experts in customer relations, sent us a bill / invoice on october 17 for a 800 dollar + hot water heater replacement and in very clear hand writing on the bill / invoice they wrote "" Sorry we are not a loan company "". Now, we had paid our bill in full before or by October 15, 2015. I should add, the invoice says we have until november 1, 2015 to pay.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SKILLS.
